Carpet Call Loganholme

We were offered a good discount however the salesman was incredibly pushy. We let him know our rather low budget but instead of being realistic with our price range, we were shown rugs we just could not afford with the promise of a discount being applied. The gentleman offered us half price which was still out of our price range. Realising we simply couldn't afford it we said we would go away, have some lunch and think about it. Instead, the guy insisted that we sit down and he takes our details to "lock in the price". He could tell we were uncomfortable and asked us to be honest about what the problem was to which we said the price. He then said he would call his boss to see if he could offer a further discount. They got it down to $330 however our budget was $150. I told him it was out of our budget and that we wanted to discuss it before we decided. He then came over with an eftpos machine and we were just like uhm...?!?! This guy would not take no for an answer. We just wanted to browse. He insisted that if we weren't certain we should take it home for free and make sure we were happy with it. We were happy with it we just couldn't afford it. He then tried to guilt trip us by saying that his boss would be mad aa he pestered him for a further discount. Sales staff should be respectful of price ranges. This guy was not and we had a horrible experience.

Justin brown is the rudest salesperson if I could give lower than 1 star I would he is the far the lowest person I have ever dealt with NOT HAPPY all he dose is winge about the job he is suppose to do

Horrible service, extremely rude staff. Refused to sell some products for listed price, and tried to do all sorts of dodgy things to rip us off. I'd steer clear if I were you!
