I absolutely love this Petbarn. The price is super reasonable, especially with membership whereas my local petbarn is a big rip off. Sometimes there are awesome promotions/deals happening too! The customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with the promotion not applied to my purchase, and this employeetall slim guy with glasses went out of his way to help. I also saw him helped another customer with a giant bag of dog food. His friendly and cool attitude is another big plus. He really deserves some sort of award! The store is spacious, clean with such a modern design. I will forever shop here for my pet !!
Actually had the best experience. Mel was super helpful and very knowledgeable, happily answering all my questions She went above and beyond even though she was the only one on the floor at the time and the store was quite busy. Will definitely be coming in again to see Mel with any questions I have
Fabulous grooming. My puppy has never settled well for grooming and often doesn't get nail done as she doesn't cope but here she was picked up calm, clean and with well cut nails. Will be back regularly now.
Petbarn Underwood good experience Currently only 1Dog wash working now Jan 23. Friendly Staff. BUT some Products are Over Priced Not a Franchise Company so the Owner should take a Walk around his Stores and Actually see what is Selling and for how much. This store has a wide range of pet care products for Cats, Dogs,Fish,Reptiles etc. However; I went to this store to purchase live fish and was faced with a wall of dirty tanks and hidden behind "under construction" signs were many dead fish in the late stages of decay. When I asked the one staff member on hand which fish were available , I was told that they could not sell any fish as there had been an outbreak of IchWhite spot disease. Though it was clear that rather than attempting to salvage stock they were just waiting for the remaining fish to either contract the disease or die off. As I said earlier, there were many dead or dying fish ,some days old left in their tanks to rot. Needless to say, this store will not be receiving my patronage again.
Whoever the man with the "man bun" is you had sitting down serving at the checkout today, is rude and has awful customer service skills, his name badge was faced backwards on his lanyard, probably strategically if he treats most customers the way he treated me. He obviously does not want to be there. Will not be going here again.
Today I have had the best customer service anyone would be overwhelmed with by a young employee James James went out of his way to help me and I left extremely happy with my purchase I will continue to visit this store Thank you so much James you are a diamond
Heaps of parking. Wide variety for most pet needs. Friendly helpful staff with great advice. Tidy and well organised for a smaller PB, love the Afterapay options for big purchases, frequent buyer savings help too!
Highly recommend the grooming service. They took care of our twp samoyed fur babies and they looked amazing after the visit.
Always a very long wait at the register, consistently over the 10~ times I've been, either nobody at the register or talking to a customer for extended periods of time.
