Love this place I am the oldest Xbox and pc gamer I know but the don’t assume I’m buying something for my grandkids like other store automatically do and they don’t recommend I start with something appropriate like solitaire. I have been gaming since the 70,s I know what I like and it’s not Tetris!!!  EB staff are a friendly crew.

This is yet another excellent EB store with typically amazing customer service. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at an EB Games store. The staff here are super friendly and more than happy to help with any questions you may have about anything really. It is a pleasure to drop in here even if it's for a browse and a quick question or two about some upcoming games.

Absolutely ridiculous.  I pre ordered the xbox series x and paid a $200 deposit online. The advertised date changed after making the pre order.  I went in store to get a refund because I didn't appreciate being mislead with the dates. I got told that I would need to talk to customer support online.  After contacting customer support online they stated that they have no control over the funds and that I would need to go in store.  I went in store and explained the email that I received from customer support and staff member had no idea what I was talking about and referred me back to customer support.  After going back to customer support they told me that I would need to go back into store. They stated that the store advised that no one went into the store about an enquiry of the nature.  I'm being sent around in circles and no one seems to know what's going on or what to do.  Never again will I ever be buying anything from Electronic Boutique.

Very rude and disrespectful staff who enjoy yelling out profanity. As a christian and a customer, I found this extremely offensive. I left all of my items on the counter and just left. Will never be returning.

Been shopping at EB games for over 20 years and just received the most disgusting customer service in all that time. Don’t think I will bother with overpriced & irrelevant shop anymore.

Very Friendly Experience. I will definitely recommend going here. I went there for some gift cards and they even have Steam Gift Cards.

EB Games @ BP is great with awesome staff, not so much at the Hyperdome

I was pretty astonished at how big this particular EB Games was. Probably the biggest I have seen. I have to say the inner shelves confuse me - they need to be signed or something because it’s often unclear what kind of gamer or pop culture nonsense is on display. I like a specific kind of nonsense and don’t care much for the rest, so I really don’t want to check every single shelf just in case. Otherwise it seemed nice enough. I didn’t interact with any staff but I am sure they were pleasant I support the workers above all. I did overhear one girl helping someone out and she seemed to know her stuff
