Just spent three quarters of an hour waiting to be served. There were 4 staff with customers and 2 of more us waiting to be served. At no stage were we acknowledged and even given a "sorry we won't be long", to add insult to it all another 2 customers walked up and got served straight away. If I did that where I worked I would be sacked.

Often go in with a question and I get put on a phone. I can use a phone myself I came in to talk face to face with a person.

When attempting to return an item, which was clearly defective & not fit for purpose under the Australian Consumer Laws, I was told to F off and call a lawyer.

never answer phones took my phone to get fixed only to be told to take down to phone doctors ummmm like why should i when i signed up with optus.. poor customer service i rang whislt in the door to see how long it w take them
