They still have high prices even with no staff behind the counter, self service is a joke. I made them serve me because they had no one behind the counter. They never have anyone behind the counter. One lady said you'll have to use self serve because there wasn't anyone available to do checkout. Why would I pay premium rate and serve myself. Told her I'll never be back and their customer service stinks.

Price and range is good. Service is like pulling teeth! So slow and nearly every time there is some issue with purchase. Budget plenty of time if planning to buy anything.

Was looking at a cover for a new ipad 5 and the guy in the entertainment section was most helpful as well as cheerful especially working on a Saturday. Highly recommended.

The staff are always very helpful. And on our most recent visit to the party section my little girl was given a balloon. She managed to let go of it but the lovely lady retrieved it for her with a stick they use to bring lost balloons down from the ceiling. It was so lovely and just made my little girl's day to get her balloon back. Definitely returning for all my party needs! Thanks Loganholme Big W!

They seem to have everything. Cant find it in kmart go to big w!! Fair prices too and they seem to always have specials and discounts!! LOVE IT!!
