Just a busy huge place with great shops ..usefull shops ..loads of easy parking too ... coles aldi butcher and a fantastic fruit and veg shop ... there was Glue Bonds Platypus Sketchers JayJays Big W plus camera shop among many other shops .. ooops there was also a beautiful crystal shop that sold soap and candles ... a must visit ... loads of good bargains too we didnt buy anything from Big W but if you do need something its here .... again just to clarify .. Loganholme shop center is the same as Hyperdrome shop center .. its in Loganholme queensland ..hope this helps coz i sure got confused thought i only went to the 1 place ...
I found the toys I was looking for pretty easy, aisles were big enough for 2 trolleys to pass each other. Store layout was good and the staff were friendly
would've given more stars, but customer service was abysmal.nHad to ask for service and was given grudgingly, it seemed from the demeanour of the staff person.nThe bag he gave me was so over full that I had trouble carrying it by the handles.nA shame because they had what I needed in kids' clothes, and I usually enjoy Big W.nNot today!
The service here is actually horrible. Every time i’ve come in, without fail, the elderly ladies are always extremely rude. From scoffing, to side eyeing, to their tone - it’s actually disgusting. You’d think working in customer service that they’d be at least nice. Extra star because all the younger staff are actually very nice and polite, however the ladies in charge of the self checkout and customer service at the front are just disgustingly rude.
So thankful for Leah for her excellence of product knowledge, leadership and customer service. She went above and beyond to help customers who were frantically preparing for Cyclone Alfred myself included. It was clear to see that she had experience or put in the work to well-educate herself regarding cyclone emergency preparations. She guided me to products that are suitable for emergencies and even provided reassurance. I was blown away in a good way by Leah’s overall care and professionalism. Thank you again Leah. Big W, take note #payrise
