Great meet up for mums with the coffee shops. Eateries and playgrounds. What I would most like to see however, is some extra seating for our older people. They have lots of money to spend too; lots of people to buy for and they love their meet ups as well. Great selection of shops. Just the extra seating please.

The Hyperdome has all your major shops, large food court with restaurants outside near the fountain that also has a small play area for little kids. More eateries throughout also. Another little kids play area outside of Big W.nIts busy but your never shoulder to shoulder with people and it's very open.nIts been well thought out as for its functionality and layout.
Great for customers I guess but not for staff. There’s been no building upkeep in the centre for years which has left the stores in an unsafe state. Leaks, mold, ceilings falling apart and when you ask centre management for help, they take photos and never follow up. This has been going on for years.nnWe’ve request air conditioning to be on when staff are working and they won’t do it without an exorbitant price. Many staff experience symptoms of heat exhaustion and require time off to recover.nnCarpark is a nightmare during busy periods and they’ve notified all stores that staff can only park on the outer perimeter of the carpark which is the “designated staff parking”. It is not designated at all as anyone can park there. They’ve also threatened to take “further action” if caught parking in a non-“designated” spot. Do they want staff to work in the stores? If there is no appropriate parking provided and threats are being made to record vehicle details - how do they expect stores to function?nnStaff here is what makes the centre money but we’re treated like sub-human.
Whole shopping centre is a joke! Staff are very rude and not helpful at most shops, parking is a nightmare and very outdated, no aircon in shopping centre wasn’t even a hot day today and was sweating inside, trash all over food court and flies all inside around food won’t be coming back.
