Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown is a sub-regional shopping centre opened in 1987, located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, 20km from the CBD.

Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown is anchored by a Coles, Woolworths, ALDI and Kmart. There are also over 75 specialty stores. National tenants include Lincraft, Best & Less, Priceline Pharmacy, Rockmans, Millers, Crossroads, The Coffee Club, Gloria Jean’s, EB Games, Prouds and Homeart and more.

Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown also houses a wide range of services, including Australia Post, Commonwealth Bank, Bank of Qld, ANZ Bank, National Australia Bank, Heritage Building Society, Kmart Tyre & Auto, Helloworld, two medical centres, two dental surgeries, a physiotherapist, four hair salons, two optometrists, professional offices, a fitness centre, a swim school and Library.
