Stay away from Time Square Sunnybank I got fine for parking on site, yes I was parked over two hours but I was in a meeting with accountant the whole time. Does it mean we need to stop the meeting and move my car and come back? Should that be how an office building be operates?  Wave the fine was approved during the management of on site manager, but now it is out sourced and the fine can’t be waved. As most business on site are real estate, banks, lawyer, doctor, hairdresser and accountants etc, the two hour limits means you can’t do a proper contract, discuss your legal or accounting issues in detail and doctors can’t go over their consultation time or get a good hair done for the ladies. My warning to you is to stay away as if there are any major health or personal issues you with your consultants, as you are limited to less than 2 hours, or you are more likely to get fined. Also warning to potential consultant companies whom are considering renting there, can you provide a good services when a major client come in with issues to resolves or do you want your clients be fine for parking?   You have just been warned decision is yours

Dr. Yee Thong treated my son for his allergy about a year ago and at the beginning he assured me that he can cure my son’s allergy within a year and the success rate for his treatment is around 80%. I trusted him and his words and after one year of oral drop treatment for dust mite allergy, the condition remained same and made no difference. I wanted to inform him on my son’s condition so contacted his office but the receptionist refused to pass my messages or calls to the doctor instead she was rude and asked us to make an appointment and pay the consultation fee of $200. Having spent already $600 so far I felt so cheated and betrayed, this doctor has no compassion for his patients all he care for is MONEY and nothing else and the reception working there also have the same attitude. My request to the doctor was to have 2 mins phone call to see if there are any other options, his actions so far only shown his true qualities which is he is a MONEY Hungry Greedy and Selfish individual who don’t care for his patient well-being. UTTERLY Disappointed and PLEASE AVOID him, I sincerely do not wish anyone to have same experience as myself.

Pretty old and unmaintained. All of the aircon was down last time we went. Upside is great parking under the building. Most of the medical specialists are moving across the road to the new Sunnybank hospital Specialist building next month.

NO AIR CON IN SUNCORP! Absolutely dreadful. The poor staff do their best but they haven't had air con for TWO months. Disgraceful lack of care by building owner. Avoid this building until winter!

Many treasures almost hidden so easy parking. Was in and out like a flash. People friendly.
