Great varieties of restaurants. Most of them are asian. Options are including but not limited to Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean, Indonesian, Portugese, as well as Western. Can be too crowded during weekends, so try to come rather earlier or later for lunch or dinner

Difficult to find a park most days and times of the week. Good variet of restaurants and grocery options.

Have shopped here for years as my local shopping complex, and have been really impressed. Fresh produce, dine-in and take away food, a pharmacy, Australia Post, Coles, bank and more are available here, making it suit most regular shopping trips. The parking here is absolutely terrible, though, and is often not worth the effort. It has been much easier to simply go to Sunnybank Plaza as of late because of how full and poorly-designed the car park of this complex is. If the parking situation could be fixed, this complex would be infinitely more appealing (and accessible).

Reasonably good place for groceries between sunny bank and sunny bank hills shopping. Has a Coles, a fruit market a butcher and an Asian specialty store. So quite a decent selection. Also quite a few great eating choices. Parking is pretty average at peak times hence the 4 stars.
