First time visitors. Met at cuppa Cafe which was excellent. Also visited chemist and EB. Plenty covered carparks and disability carparks. Great to have the ramp too. We found it a small but convenient shopping centre. Oh and we bought lamingtons from the bakery. Would definitely return.

Amazing that you have 8 Tesla superchargers! But why did you install them in the underground Carpark when you close it early?nnWhy wouldn’t you install in the above ground near target so it’s accessible 24/7 not only a great service but also makes you some extra $$.nnThis is a poor customer experience for both Tesla users and your customers that shop.

Had a bad experience here at Springwood Mall, along with many other people. Car was locked in the underground parking after 6pm after we parked in the basement parking because there were no more parking spaces at Hwaro92. I understand this is our mistake as we did not read the hours of operation for the basement parking, but we tried calling the:n1. Security numbern2. Management numbern3. After hours emergency numbernAnd nobody picked up for all three even with the after hours number. We live pretty far away so it was very inconvenient to get back to our home and we had to collect our car in the morning. Thankfully, there was a kind cleaner in the centre who helped us get our house keys and some frozen groceries from our car, but couldn’t open the roller doors for us. He then informed us that the security had left already, which is just horrible and careless for any shopping centre. We had to ask a friend to drive us home and then we returned by public transport in the morning, taking 2 hours on a Monday morning! It was so frustrating! This management is terrible, at least stay so that if anyone calls you can open the door for them and they have some way to get home! If you see this review, please do read the opening hours of the car park. If you don’t want your car locked overnight and have to get it in the morning. If you can’t find someone to let you in the car park then you can’t even get home. The management really needs to step it up.nnEDIT: Thanks so much Springwood Mall Centre Management for the reply, I appreciate it.

I visited the Springwood centre on 31/12/2025 and had a very disappointing experience. In evening after shopping at Woolworths, I attempted to use the ladies' washrooms. The cleaning staff had closed the area and spoke to me in an incredibly rude and unprofessional manner.n​I was forced to use the disabled toilets instead, which were in an appalling state with visible waste left in the bowl. It is unacceptable for a public facility to be this poorly maintained while staff are still on-site. I hope that by my next visit, the cleaning team is better trained in both basic hygiene standards and how to communicate respectfully with female customers.

I’ve been visiting this mall for about three years, but lately I’ve been really disappointed. The restrooms have become very poorly maintained — the women’s toilet seat has been broken for a long time, and even after cleaning there was no toilet paper. It used to be a nice and clean place, but if this continues, I won’t be coming back.
