Bought from the shaver shop online an electric shaver and was promptly delivered. I realized after recharging it that was not powerful enough for me. Called the store manager and BAM he asked a few questions about by use and beard type and suggested another shaver. Went into to the store today and I was exceptionally surprised !!!  The store manager had a copy of my invoice ready to credit and a suggested electric razor for the way and and amount of time I use it. I did buy another electric shaver that I am over the moon with. NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT SERVICE  !!!  Mate I am genuine when a say  well done !! I am now a shaver shop client for life !!!

I bought today a $200 beard trimmer. The store lady deliberately tricked me and charged me for a spray trimmer guard that I never acepted. She never asked if I wanted. She just add it saying that I have to apply it on the new trimmer because otherwise it'll clogged up. I thought it was included, so I just say thank you. I just realised when I arrived home that the little spray can was $17 dollars. Maybe I was naive, but I would I have said no thank you if she asked me if I wanted to add or purchased this product.

I want to say a big thank you to the owner of the Shaver Shop Loganholme who went above and beyond to help me out with a new charger for my wahl trimmer.  You can't beat good old fashioned service and leaving this review was the least I could do. Thanks again. Tom

Amazing customer service! Tayla went out of her way to help me find most of what I needed as spare parts for some antiquated shavers I still have.  I am very grateful for her assistance and patience with my requests.  Tayla is a true asset to the Shavershop team and proved to be very knowledgeable, professional and personable.

MY FAV SHOP I HAD A ISSUE WITH MY BODY GROOMER WENT INTO HYPERDOME STORE FOR HELP , RHIANNON LOOKED AT THE PRODUCT AND DID HER ABSOLUTE BEST TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE CAME OUT ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER THANK YOU VERY MUCH RHIANNON AND SHAVERSHOP HYPERDOME .

The worst customer service that I have had in my life, and I don’t say that easily. The young girl was rude with very little product knowledge, I can see why more and more people are shopping on line these days. The shaver shop has great quality products that are available on line that is how I will be getting them from now on. I can see this chain being a online only store in the future if they don’t address there customer service.

Absolutely appalling customer service on Sunday the 2nd of June. The young girl who was the only person in store was so rude to my partner who was enquiring about products, made no effort to try to sell anything and make extremely rude comments to my partner after our purchase.  You can 100% tell she doesn't care about her work or have any respect and is probably just there for the money. Had we of received the service we expected we would have spent a lot more money in this shop.  I hope either her attitude changes or she finds somewhere else to work because we won't be coming back if we know she is still there.
