I rarely leave reviews. I have given only 1 star because of customer service, not because of product. When I came into the store one staff member was serving a young lady who was choosing a ring. The other staff member was laughing a talking to a mother and 2 young girls. I thought that was nice; good customer service at the end of their sale. They continued to talk for another 10 minutes as I stood at the counter. Then the staff member goes to the back to get a selection of bracelets for the mother to choose from. But what really irritated me was after they eventually left she doesn't acknowledge me at all. Looks past me and asks other customersthat had just arrived who was next.
Picked up an online order via click n collect gift. Quick and friendly service
Its my first experience buying on these shop and I went to see if I can return and change. I am not going to waste my time if did not see on the receipt about the Return Policy or what so ever. I am very disappointed the lady told me I am not allowed to return because its been used and also for some health issues . But how come it doesn't say in the policy once it used are not allowed.
Fantastic, efficient, friendly service from every customer service representative. I mean every that would be about six or seven ladies... I was buying a gift on behalf of a group of work colleagues.. so... some varied ideas to deal with. .. over a few visits to this shop. Despite it being incredibly busy due to Black Friday discounts which was significant ! I was delighted with the brilliant, patient, knowledgeable assistance from everyone. Great Job !! THANK YOU
I always get excellent service at this store big props to Rose for helping me get a bracelet and safety chain for my sisters birthday and fitting the charms I bought online to it. Low-key kind want a Pandora bracelet for myself now I've been getting charms for my mum for a while now and yeh, always get super genuine customer service from the hyperdome store.
I Made a purchase yesterday and had a question about my order… I have been trying to call the store all day. Every 10 minutes.. they never answer their phone. I have left v/m messages with no return calls. Extremely poor. How hard is it to pick up a call? Since 9 am till almost 5 I’ve tried calling. Extremely unprofessional. Looks like I’ll be buying charms from a 3rd party

Very helpful staff and nice displays. However some of the charms are extremely expensive.
Firstly, lets start off with a big 1 out of 10 for the what was and is the lack of customer service in this store. I had stood around for what seemed an eternity only to be told by the staff "won't be long" several times, no problems I understood the staff had other people in the store to attend too 2 at that time a staff member serving and a staff member behind the counter serving. So I'm standing there patiently waiting to be seen too still, and In rock a family of 5, straight past me and start milling around the display cabinets ogling at all the pretty stuff in them no social distancing skills what so ever, they had been in the store for not even 5 mins, so the staffer behind the counter who now has finished with her customer B lines it straight for them, not even aware that I have now been waiting patiently for a good 10 - 12 mins for someone to serve me. By this time becoming a little impatient! As I wait and watch this go down furious at the fact that I have spent so much money in this particular store only to be overlooked by the staff not once but several times at this store is beyond me. So now I get served and proceed to give the young lady who served me a bit of a serve on the lack of customer service after waiting soooooo long, there reply was " yes we know our reviews are bad but we hope they get better". Well guess what guys It's not any better, I'm glad this is the last charm I have to buy to fill my wife's charm bracelet as I will not be back anytime soon.
Probably one of my worst service experiences ever. I walked in here with my fiance to purchase wedding gifts for her bridesmaids. Both staff ignored us when we walked in and didn't even acknowledge us with eye contact, and we were the only customers in the store. The only acknowledgement of our existence was a half-hearted offer for help called out to the back of our heads as we were walking out the door. Absolute joke. I worked in retail and counter sales for 10 years and would never have treated a customer this way. Pathetic. We'll never be back & have spent a good $1000 elsewhere.
