Angela is super lovely. She helped me picked the perfect piece. Few months later I’m back again with a slight issue with the necklace I purchased. She immediately exchanged the piece with a new one.

Probably the worst store I've ever dealt with. Called them in mid September to see if they could order me a new watch strap and they asked me to email through a photo. Did that straight afterwards and never heard back. Went into the store about 4 weeks later October and asked whether they had received it and whether they could order it. They said yes but they may need to order it from a different country or something message wasn't clear and not sure if they even ordered it to be honest. Told them that it was pretty poor form that I'd not had an update. They made further excuses. Rang again in November after no updates and they said they would check it up on the system and call back later that day. Let them know how poor form it was that I had no communication after 2 months and they agreed. Guess what? Didn't hear back again. It is now December 27th and I have heard nothing. Will never shop her again. Terrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely unacceptable that I have to chase them to give them money.  Update: called them again to chase up 17/1 and they still cannot tell me whether it's been ordered or not but are happy to "reorder it" and I wait even longer. Have asked a manager to call me back today so we will see.

Thank you the beautiful staff at Loganholme, I have always experienced nothing but 10/10 service. I highly recommend this store.

Wonderful products but disappointed in the customer service. My mother went in to buy a Christmas present and was never approached by any staff. It was understandably busy but even when she had finished browsing and stood at the counter ready to enquire about a bracelet she wanted to purchase, no one came to her or even said that they’d be with her soon. She finally left and went somewhere else when they approached another customer that came in after.

Had the best service from Lynette, she went above & beyond to help me with my online purchase that unfortunately wasn't the right size for my husband. She did the best she could to find me a solution but in the end there wasn't much else we could do. I was so impressed with how she dealt with my situation that I will definitely be back!! Thanks again Lynette!!

Highly recommend Lynette, Angela and the team at Swarovski Loganholme! I don't recommend getting items delivered to you through Toll as they sent my package to the wrong address and took no responsibility for it. The poor Swarovski ladies had to help me as best they could to make up for Toll and they didn't rest until they had a solution. Thanks again for your help and communication!

I've been a customer at Swarovski Loganholme for quite a few years now. The crystal items make excellent gifts but the service is also very important. I've found all the staff to be friendly and helpful but a special mention for Angela who goes the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Big thank you to all the staff and a bigger one for Angela who always help me choose the right gift, offers advice and lets me see each item up close before making a decision. 5 out of 5 for sure and if possible would give a higher rating. i like 7 out of 7 actually.

I have to say. I like the jewellery here. It's very pretty stuff for a reasonable price. If u are looking for a pretty gift on a budget or jewellery for a wedding party you'd probably find one here.
