I’m reporting this store to the Office Of Fair trading for misleading customers as I thought bought a front washing machine With a dryer combo and it was only a dryer and not a washing machine which is something that I did not need as I needed a washing machine only. The store loaded it into my car and then when I found out it was in the washing machine they refused to refund me my money and would only offer me a 50% payment price back therefore making 100% profit which is illegal to mislead the public and refused a full refund. I was deceived by the sales person when I said I wanted to make an offer on the washing machine and they said that they told me it was a dryer which was a big fat lie and I will never shop in the store again as the staff were so rude and threw me out of the store after refusing to give me a refund for a product they sold me that was not fit for purpose which is against the law!! Shame on you when I have disability housing and was purchasing a washing machine for my homeless and disabled to wash their clothes and a dryer is not allowed with my fire code and only washing machines were allowed and therefore I was misled from the beginning and the way I was treated was disgusting and not how you treat a human being and then new staff member had made a mistake and selling me what I thought was a washing machine!
What can I say I feel so cheated I have been getting loans for over 6 years being able to get $2000 on one loan and $1400 on the 2nd loan. With a high interest of $80 a month on top of repayment and interest they take a long time to pay back getting a loan is to Eze but paying it back is almost impossible so I just refinance. My story so I paid out got another loan it went all wrong. I rang a few days earlier and It was $700 to pay back to get $2000 so I went to Logan central loans then had to pay back $900 to get 2000. Few hours later I was approved for $1200. They say that my circumstances have changed yes they have my pay has been increased so there is not a real reason for giving me the $2000 loan but I can tell readers I'm really out of pocket with now owing this loan office way to much money for nothing I feel so cheated. I did ring them with no results so I went down the next day to try to show them something has gone wrong on there end with just being snobbed out of the store I could not help to see the day that I was applying one stuff member was dealing with 4 people at one's with one stuff member saying you come up here auntie. I would definitely think about getting a loan from cash converters. .
I brought a 40 inch Blaupunkt Television about 6 year's ago and haven't had any problems at all, beautiful picture still, get compliments on the quality of the Colours they are so beautiful and bright . full credit to Cash Converters, Logan Central, would buy another TV from there. I do not have any problems with them at all.
Retail shoppers beware: Faulty basic electrical goods which the staff including management don’t have the skills or know how to test properly. Visibly faulty goods that will not work in their current state, on the shelf at various prices. If you can’t sell it with full confidence then don’t sell it, staff still lie to your face saying it has been tested and works fine. Basic electrical goods which could be fully tested within 5-10 mins. I would hate to purchase something complex like a computer, phone, gaming console or smart tv from this place. What’s the test procedure here? Turn it on and turn it off? Easy for scammers and fraudsters to take advantage and make a quick buck from Cash Converters incompetence. Have had similar experiences at Browns Plains and Beenleigh stores. Marketplace remains the superior place to buy your used goods. This business needs an overhaul or your retail business will go under real quick tell me I’m wrong.
Don’t sell your stuff here they offer you the bare minimum it’s disgusting and there’s no negotiation it’s there price or see you later .

One of the better branches of cash converters. The service here is spot on though I have not ever dealt with the loans department. My interest is mainly in second hand goods. I got good deals on blowvacs and edge trimmers. There is usually a wider range of stuff here and prices can be knocked back
Bought a TV from there guy named Matt helped me great customer service also helped my friend as well also other staff members were great too good team working with each other always smiling Thanks Matt
I walk through here just for a good laugh - can't believe anyone would pay the ludicrous prices they ask. E.g. I see power tools on the brink of failure, but priced as if they were new. On the positive side, they have a massive range if you're foolish enough to buy any of them haha
Got kicked out of this store today for not wearing a mask by law they can not kick u out if u have a medical condition and can't wear mask
