Got told I HAD to give my email address to receive the 30% off in store. Not one sign indicates you have to provide your email address!! Not only did the girl have a bad attitude in the first place, but when I politely said I wouldn't worry about making a purchase if I have to provide my email address, she threw her hands up in the air as if to say "oh well, I couldn't care less". Disgusting service and I feel sorry for the owner having team members like this, as they lost a sale and will probably lose more with attitudes like that.

Ishka is literally one of my favourite shops and until today I've always had amazing time going there. But the lady working at loganholme store today was so bloody rude, I came up to the counter to ask a question and just grunted an hi with an unpleasant looked, made me feel inconvenient. I wanted to price of an item that wasn't labelled she through everything off the table and flipped the item over said the price and just walked off. So annoyed at the level of customer service today and has seriously discouraged me from returning.

Update that your store has CLOSED!!! I drove all the way to Logan hyperdome to spend my credit voucher because your online store was a nightmare, 6 months later, i get a credit note, go there and the shop isn't there?

I had wanted to take advantage of the free shipping offer if you spend $50 or over so i started adding items to my shopping cart and went to check out and the system wasnt recognizing my offer to get free shipping. I did this for 2 hours as the offer was ending at midnight. I emailed there support but knew there hours werent available in the weekend so i missed out on free shipping because there system didnt recognize my order which was perfectly eligible for the free shipping later confirmed by ishka support. So basically i missed out because of there sustem flaws and my order wasnt resolved with allowing me to have free shipping. FIRST AND LAST TIME I SHOP HERE!!!

Saw Jackie instore to have my cards read. It was a delight to meet such a lovely person. Thank you Ishja for making this easy.

Bought tarot cards from here and been told that you can download the booklet on an app or online for free... lies lies lies. Going to bring them back today and see what she can do about it.

Absolutly loved this store! The staff were amazing and the vibes of the shop were so calming. Loads of cool present ideas and a nice range of crystals as well!
