I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Ava during my recent visit to Kmart Loganholme, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, warmth, and work ethic.nnshe greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel welcome and helped me print the photos. Her communication skills are excellent—clear, kind, and confident. What impressed me most was her ability to multitask with grace and stay calm even during busy periods, all while treating each customer with patience and care.nnAva represents everything a business should want in a team member: dedication, positive energy, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Kmart Loganholme is lucky to have her.
Absolutely disgraceful. My granddaughter was given a $50 gift card to be used anywhere eftpos is accepted. The card was to be used for her to buy clothes for herself for her birthday. We attended KMart at Loganholme. My granddaughter selected some clothes and we went to the the checkout so she could purchase these items on the card. The checkout attendant processed the clothes my granddaughter had selected. My granddaughter swiped the card and she then asked the operator for assistance. The attendant then had a blank look on her face and said she didn't know so she got the assistance of another operator and she looked at the card who said they didn't accept these cards and that it was kmart policy. The store was really busy and this was really embarrassing we felt like criminals. We paid for the items ourselves but we were left being absolutely disgusted. We then went to BigW and they stated they would be happy to accept the card. We then went Supre who were also happy to accept the card so she was able to by herself clothes on her gift card. Very poor effort from KMart. We now know which stores to support. Extremely disappointed.
good amount of stock usually but there’s a few issues. the wait times to pay are massive on the weekend. there must of been 100 people in line when i was there so something is going on there. they’re always low on trolleys too. the click and collect is decent
There was no trolleys in the store. When I asked the staff member at door he said I had to walk outside across the road to the trolley bay and get my own as Kmart head office don’t pay for enough staff for them to have a trolley person. If you want people to spend money in the store then we need a trolley and shouldn’t have to go get our own. I’m active and healthy and able. What about people who aren’t?
Hubby needed some pants. It was such a mess. Sizes mixed up, no order, clothes all over the place. He couldn't find his size pants anywhere. There was pants in number sizes, mixed with letter sizing. Then shirts everywhere. We were absolutely disgusted by the disorganisation. Absolutely overwhelming. Please tidy up. You lost a purchase that day.
