I appreciated that they had a booking system for shoe fittings. It’s also impressive that they cater for individuals with extra sensory needs so that shoe fittings can be done in an environment that is comfortable to them. Not many businesses can offer which a service.  In this instance, I did not buy as their price point was a little on the higher side; however the fitting taught me a couple of things via their high tech machine and system and the service was good.  Pleasant experience.

Thank you to Kim for outstanding service .. as always !! Friendly expert advice that has me happily walking and running again. .... and saved me serious dollars. I am so grateful to have this wonderful help so close to home.

Sebastian gave Amazing customer service when I went in to purchase a pair of running shoes. He took me through the fitting process and then went above and beyond to make sure I could pick the best shoe for my needs. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a long time! I'm yet to try out my new shoes, but thank you Sebastian for all your help in picking them :

I waited half an hour to be served then the assistant served 2 others before me. The machine was broken that assesses gait. I drove 20 minutes to Footlocker and got excellent service.

So refreshing to find a retail staff member who actually knows the stores product in great detail.  This is my third visit to the Loganholme store and on each occasion I've been served by Anthony.  What an asset he is to this store. His knowledge is outstanding. The store was very busy today however he did not rush or make us feel rushed. Thanks again Anthony for your outstanding service.

I can not recommend a better shoe store than athletes foot because of Stephanie. I first purchased with athletes foot in her very first week of work and have continued to shop there all because of the amazing service I have received from her. She has never failed to fit me , or the rest of my family with the perfect shoe with a great price. Thank you Steph for your great customer service and shoe shopping experience. See you again in May!!!

Very busy with back to school purchases, however the staff were friendly, while managing to juggle a store full of customers. The lady that served me went out of her way to fit different orthopedic inserts for my son to try. Very happy to say we will definitely be back!
