Took a pair of expensive boots in to Mister Minute today with the impossible task of fixing them by the end of the day. Ray was incredibly helpful and assured me he could get the job done. The zipper was completely replaced on one of my boots, couldn’t tell the difference, I am one VERY happy customer! Highly recommend.
Just purchased a replacement car key battery which did not work. Went back to request a refund as the key did not work. The refund was refused and they tried to convince me that it is ACCC policy that we were not entitled to a refund. They were argumentative, I was shocked and appalled by the behaviour displayed for $ 23. Don't use them, go to battery world.
Asked for a couple of keys to be copied from the blanks I supplied, did the one fine then after cutting the second one then pronounced it would not work as it was different? Unfortunately rendering the blank useless, disappointing they didn't notice before cutting as its their business.

Absolutely useless!! Cannot cut keys to save their lives, I’m extremely annoyed, this is the second time I have used them. First time I went got 3 keys cut got home none of them fit at all weren’t even close to the cut shape! Went back they happily recut them hence trying them again for the second time. Got 2 keys cut none work again!! Avoid, waste of TIME and money!
I needed a new remote. Was going to call me but never did have some stuff in stock. Need up getting a whole new alarm system installed. As remote stopped working.
Good quick service.. I have to go back though... a few of the keys did not work.
