Friendly welcome greeting by lady on front counter. Very professional, super helpful service by store manager Ben. Thank you for being so patient and committed to serving us despite a few interruptions. Amazing service. Rebel should be proud to have staff like Ben.
Woeful customer service. Trying to buy football boots for my son, had one staff member spend 15 minutes talking to a group of friends and then followed them to the checkout to continue chatting while somebody else worked the till. The manager sat on her arse watching another staff member put up a shelf and another at the opposite end of the shoe section not serving anyone but walking into the back room when we approached them. I get it’s a public holiday and you have to be careful of staffing levels but the staff were actively not doing their jobs.

Staff were brilliant assisted and served quickly and done and dusted 4 people attended too, sized properly with running shoes and socks and we were good to go in less than and hour! My kind of shopping well done!
I do a lot of Click and Collects through this store, they've always been amazing and helpful, sometimes I've got to send others to collect them and they tell me they were extremely lovely and the customer service was exceptional! Really appreciate the team there! Best Rebel I've visited!
What a great shop, got everything for everyone at great prices
I use to come here all the time. That has changed dramatically due to being watching everytime I walk into this store ONLY. Every other rebel store is great. I don't like being watched due to the colour of my skin. I was here yesterday getting a school bag for my daughter while I had 2 guys watch my every move. I didn't like it one bit, made me feel uncomfortable. People like that are the reasons I do online shopping. Don't make a black woman feel uncomfortable when she is Cleary buying stuff, its wrong, discrimination and pathetic
Customer Service shocking. Sales do not know their stock. Did not even know what I was asking for in regards to your celcius rebounder.
