Great specials in ladies casual and work wear

Just visited the Katie's store at Loganholme. Extremely disappointed in the customer service today. Went to try on selected clothes and told could only take 3 in to the rooms. This has never ever been an issue before so we complied and the sales assistant in the dressing room took them off us and rudely told us to leave the rest in the rack outside. While trying in the 3 items allowed my friend and I watched as two ladies helped themselves to our selections and went off to purchase them. We were rudely told by the said sales assistant that they weren't ours as they were too small. She argued with us 3/4 times when we said that the lady had taken them and said they were too small for us. Extremely rude. Told us there were more out the back but didn't go to get them or offer a solution. Even the young sales assistant was taken aback by her abrupt rude manner. Totally spoilt our shopping day. Feel deflated.
