I am truly going to miss this store for nearly 28 years it has been there - a favourite place to meet up with friends for lunch. Most of the staff are amazing. A person who has been of great assistance to me for a few years is Anthony Tohanean who has gone that extra mile to help me with a large purchase I made - his recommendations helped with my decision. Every time he sees me in your store he has always offered assistance - such a delightful young man. I personally wish all the staff well - I hope they have a wonderful future ahead.

This store is still an important store for the Hyperdome. It typically has sold more expensive quality products. In other words, it is a high-end department store. The problem is that more and more people are shopping differently. It is no longer a big deal to go the mall to buy something unique. Add to this that Myer has been trying to cut costs by reducing available staff and removing check out stations. The bottom line is that the service has suffered. The very reason why people paid more is now missing. Do not know the future but it is starting to look a bit bleak. It would take some pretty innovative thinking to get out this bind.

Worst decision ever made to shut the doors come May 20th. Best location and parking. Sad loss to Loganholme.

I just want to say a big thank you to all the lovely staff, in particular Jake in the cafe of Myer Loganholme. The staff are always friendly and polite and welcome you with smiles as well as serving delicious meals. My elderly parents have lunch in the cafe every Thursday and so have come to know a lot of the staff well. When I came in today to get lunch Jake was extremely sympathetic when I told him my Dad had passed away, thank you Jake for your very kind words I hope Myer Loganholme know and appreciate what great staff they have working in their cafe.
