If you live within a 2 hour radius of Jeanswest, Loganholme, then it's worth your time and effort to go to that specific store.  The Manager, Megan and one of the Assistance, Amy; provide the sort of customer service that I believe is almost extinct, these days.  My harrowing jeans journey started last year and both of these ladies were there with me.  The company Jeanswest have amazing returns policies as well as staff that understand the importance buying good fitting jeans.  Both Megan and Amy, have assisted me in not only buying the jeans but also understanding when I came back, not once, or twice but a few times even a year later, with issues pertaining to the make of the jeans and wear and tear, they were straight onto it! They didn't judge, they went above and beyond to make my shopping experience the best it could be.  This franchise needs to award more staff like these two women, who uphold values and beliefs most other jean's specific companies have long forgotten.  Good old customer service, after all it's the customers who pay for not just the product but the service.  Please I urge anyone to go and experience the positive customer service, leaving you feeling good, and like you will definitely go back, simply just for those staff members.
