Mr Toys Toyworld - Logan Hyperdome

I went last week because I was in stock at the hyperdome store. I showed online lows and asked for a price match, but they said that only local stores like Target, Bigw and Kmart are available. Some stores are available, and hyperdome stores are not. I want to know the company price match information accurately.

Outstanding service again tonight. They even fetched me a trolley to help carry all of my parcels. Everyone was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble to help with. By far the best customer service I've had in a long time.

My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars at this Loganholme store. After what my Daughter experienced from customer service from the old woman who is basically there everyday, was unprofessional. Two little boys walked away distraught after she refused to replace there remote control cars on Boxing Day 26/12/19. Due to faulty control boxes . Shame on you. Management seriously needs to think who you put in these stores. You certainly have lost our business, friends and acquaintances. On a happier note: Thankyou to Management and staff at Beenleigh toy world - God bless you made two little boys very happy and even though we didn’t purchase from you guys, you replaced everything free of charge. We will support your store from now on

I had to give a star to leave a review I experienced the worst customer service today after returning an RC car that was 5 days old to my surprise there was another man and his son doing the same thing with the same car, both of us being told it was our own fault. I believe this blonde haired woman is store manager. Mr Toys Toyworld you should be ashamed if you think this the right person for your company

I really likes it. But I wish they still sold NES games. I remember once they had tiger heli playing on a tv behind the counter. That was exciting and then they used to let you rent the games. Like Super Mario bros 3

Great store for kids and the family. Has something for everyone. The little one loves the bright colours every time we walk past the store so we go in and enjoy looking at everything.

Terrible service and product. Mum got a max-r rc truck for my sons birthday. Cost 129. Charged it for 4 hours and took it on flat front lawn. Firstly left on the remote is right and right left and battery only lasted 5 mins on mowed flat yard, thought there was an inverse function for controls but its a regular wheel controller - universally left goes left. Mum took it back for money back and was told no as it was because kid did not like it kid loved idea of car btw but could not steer opposite steering. Beyond a joke have had $20 kmart remote cars better than this. Dad will go back in - never get max-r rc truck.

Much more expensive on identical items than Kmart & Big W but have a better range of specific items. The Hyperdome store is better run than Beenleigh or Springwood.

Very good family business. Full of stock. Friendly knowledgeable service.
