I took my mum down to pay her Telstra bill and received such bad service that I ended up porting her mobile to another phone provider. It was Sunday lunchtime so of course there were a million people in the store, so I knew we were in for a long wait, which was fine. The main problem is that the order of who gets served next is a secret the staff keep in their heads, so from a customer perspective its very difficult to know how to get in the queue or get feedback that I am in the queue etc. After I'd waited 10 mins for one of the staff to finish with customers, I tried to ask how do I get in the queue but clearly the rude brush off I was given meant the lady in question thought I was queue-jumping. So rather than deal with her attitude that clearly dates from Telstra's government-owned times, mum is now a proud Optus customer. By contrast they were also loaded with customers at Sunday lunchtime, but someone approached us within a couple of minutes of entering the store. So my only suggestion is that the Telstra shop get some ticket numbers like they have in a pathology lab, they aren't very expensive and will sure as hell make a lot more sense to customers.

Impossible to ring them and when you visit there is a queue out the door. If you are lucky to get in they are helpful though.

Really bad service from store manager "Shanna" very rude and her solution was "don't like Telstra service , just cancel the service" that's not we are excepting from Telstra. I'm happy to give more details , if someone who need to rectify the issues in LOGANHOMES customer service center..

I run a small business and time is money to me, I was in the shop for a long time just to get served. No acknowledgment and people jumping the line. The shop always seams understaffed. For a such a large company I am disappointed as there competition is soo much better in this shopping centre. On the other hand the lady that served us was amazing once we got served.

Tried calling this store all day on a weekday & no answer. My pixel xl died & has been with them for two days & they haven't even contacted me to let me know what is going on!!
