I always find the staff here go that little extra mile.nnCame in to get the old boy a tripod for his new scope. The fella at the phones/ camera section was very very helpful and even took one out of the box for me.nnLittle things like this win the sale for me everytime over cheaper prices.nGreat team you have here jb I hope you know this.

Really good experience at JB Hi-Fi. Staff were helpful and knew their products, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. Prices were competitive and there was a good range of electronics and accessories. The store was well organised and easy to walk through, and I was served quickly at checkout. Overall a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, I’d definitely go back again.

Shocking service from the computer department. Tried to sell a phone plan aggressively. Ignored my request for a wireless mic after pointing me to the most expensive product and refusing to direct me to the cheaper option that I had to find myself. Box was open and missing parts. Still tried to charge full amount. Requested discount or a stock check for a sealed box. Was advised a call back, never bothered to call me back. Selling phone plans is great. Do it properly. Qualify your clients. Don't try and steer people away from cheap products because you make less money. By assisting me with my request could have led to a bigger overall purchase. Short sited, immature and unprofessional greed. Exactly what you don't want but that is the generic behaviour of slimy sales novices with too much attitude,  ego and no skill. Train them up on how to sell, call back when you say you will. If you want to sell a phone plan weave it properly or don't bother.

We visited on Saturday after another store had been pilfered of our required product. This store was kind enough to locate it and leave it for us to collect behind the counter.nAfter getting there, we were shocked at the size of the store and range! When we had retrieved our product and were ready to pay at the counter, the staff acquainted us with the offers that day and were very patient for us to browse and find more products. Their patience being so great, they were able to calculate the highest value savings for us with the products picked and all this when the store was very close to closing time!nnHuge store, massive range, and brilliant, knowledgeable staff. All-round delightful to visit.

I accidentally took my phone in the pool, I was told it would be a week minimum until I could get a replacement I wanted through my provider. $2200/24 months + cancellation fees So I needed a cheapie to hold over.nnBritney Sorry for spelling helped me out. I saw the guy from the mobile section was busy with a customer, so I went to the next section and played it up to get some help.nnBritney was helpful anyway, she listened to what I needed it for, gave me an honest review of the phones. She was knowledgeable and honest about the products.nnI picked one out for $180, unfortunately not in stock, she did check twice though.nnPicked a Motorola for $220, Britney had a hand held EFTPOS machine to check me out.nnPhone is actually better than the 5 year old one I was rocking, cancelled the order on the $2k phone.nnBritney was a pleasure to deal with. Give her a bonus.nnWould recommend.
