Kmart Tyre & Auto Service

Today Dan at Kmart Tyre and Auto was honest and reliable. He told me exactly what the problem was and wasn't patronising or trying to upsell me on services I didn't want.I appreciate that as a woman. He deserves to be commended!

Had a service with tyre balance. Booked to go back next day to fix the bigger stuff. Lost hubcap on a bridge which I had to go back for. On pick up they put two thin plastic straps to keep it on. One snapped and flew off on the M1 on way home. Then the hubcap was flapping around. Steering wheel was shuddering. I rang with my not happy Jan voice. They rang back and said they will come and pick the car up from my home and return it to me with another look over the car and new hubcaps on with no charge. They were so apologetic. Cheyne at the desk was super helpful. Dan came and looked after me. He was great. He paid extra attention to make sure all ok and said to ask for him next time and he will look after me. So I’m a lot happier now and will go back.

Went there with a punctured tyre. They saw me, opened the door and allowed me to drop it off 45 minutes before opening (allowing me to get to work on time). No issues with the repair. Great service.

First time I have used Kmart Tyre and Auto service Loganholme. Could go shopping while car was serviced. Tim was very helpful went out of his way to help me. Daniel was also very good. Will take my car back for future services .
