I was having trouble converting a collage I had made from phone screen size to larger, like A4, to print. Shannon was very kind and helpful, and maybe even a little invested in this project since I had been there for a whilewe figured it out in the end and it came out quite clear, I’m so grateful!! Thanks again Shannon!
I came in to print out photos and left with my phone somewhat unusable. I came back, unsure of what to do, Mia at the counter immediately started to try and figure out what to do with it and Koby came over to give a good insight to fix it. Within a few minutes I had full functioning phone. I was nervous about it potentially not working ever again, but these girls were caring and considerate. You guys are amazing, keep up the great work
A nice store where you are welcomed the moment you step inside. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are always happy to stop what they are doing to assist you in finding things or answering questions about products. The self-service area for printing, photocopying, and printing photos is small, but there are plenty of machines available. A nice range of stock, in a wide variety of products, at reasonable prices. I am very happy with my visit here. They also offer extensive technology recycling services.
Customer service lacking in some areas. Don't go here for NZ passport photos. They issue in wrong format they change background to grey - photos must not be edited in any way otherwise they will be rejected - ours were, had to go back. Shannon at the photo counter would not accept the message from the passport office as to what was wrong with photos instead insisting that's the way their machine is set up and that's the way it is done. Don't waste your time and money. Camera House did them without issue. A bit dearer than Officeworks but less stress and in the correct format - unedited!
Worst Officeworks ever, they will try their very best to not let you price beat other identical stuff by giving absolute nonsense reason, when the barcode matched, they told you they can't find the product code on the said competitor's page, when the product code matched, they said they needed a barcode to match and they are not showing. Absolute rubbish!
