I've been a customer of Loganholme Officeworks for years, and have had mixed experiences that would mean a two-star review on average.nnThis five-star review is instead unique to the above and beyond support I received from Nigel in one of my recent visits. I came in to print out photos and left with my phone somewhat unusable. I came back, unsure of what to do, Mia at the counter immediately started to try and figure out what to do with it and Koby came over to give a good insight to fix it. Within a few minutes I had full functioning phone. I was nervous about it potentially not working ever again, but these girls were caring and considerate. You guys are amazing, keep up the great work
I had a fantastic customer service offered by Mel, Warwick and Shannon this morning. Mel greeted me with a big smile, guided me to aisle of coasters, and on my return, Warwick served me, Shannon came forward to ask if I found everything I was after! What a pleasure to see someone who genuinely want to help customers. Hence I've take extra step to ensure I mention their names here. FANTASTIC job guys! Will always return to your store!!
A nice store where you are welcomed the moment you step inside. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are always happy to stop what they are doing to assist you in finding things or answering questions about products. The self-service area for printing, photocopying, and printing photos is small, but there are plenty of machines available. A nice range of stock, in a wide variety of products, at reasonable prices. I am very happy with my visit here. They also offer extensive technology recycling services.
I’ve had really good service regularly from this store, on this particular occasion they asked me to call ahead to let them know I was coming to pick up my C&C. I didn’t and I was prepared to wait awhile, but they still came out quickly with my purchase. Thanks Officeworks!!!
