The most unorganised officeworks I have ever been to. Staff wander around behind the print desk as if they have no one waiting for them even when it’s busy. It took me 15 minutes to get a bound document picked up that I had already paid for. I asked the girl at the door to grab it for me and she flat out refused. No one has no idea what they are doing, they are extreamly slow and have zero customer service standards. Consistently disappointed with experience every time I visit.

Print me doesn't work, emails won't send and service at the printing counter is very dismal.

Absoloutely atrocious service in the copy centre department. Every time I have been in to use the copy centre services the staff have been so bad you would think that you have ruined their day. Not only do they make it clear they don’t want to help you, they also blame you for any mistakes they make (this has happened numerous times). Three customers in line were also complaining of the lack of service they received and were vocal about how they felt unvalued. Today I actually phoned the store to complain and the man I spoke to couldn’t have cared less. His response was “aw that’s no good”. It seems with all the other complaints on this page, that the complaints aren’t taken seriously. I will go somewhere else in future, not that they seem to mind anyway. If you want professional and FRIENDLY service, DO NOT goto the office works in Loganholme.

Not helpful at all - made a phone call before going in for our printing needs then when we got down there they weren't able to help. Wanted to but another type of paper from their store so we could get the printing done, but besides from pointing a finger to the paper section absolutely no help at all. Walked out empty handed and fustrated.

Decide to try Officeworks instead of buying online and sending my money overseas.... but they literally stock no Samsung accessories. Very disappointed
