Worst customer service ive ever encountered. Two workers were having a conversation. I was standing behind one of them waiting for them to finish. The one facing me could see me waiting but didn’t stop to ask if I needed help. I waited till there was a pause in the conversation to say excuse me. They both turn to look at me then went back to talking
A nice store where you are welcomed the moment you step inside. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are always happy to stop what they are doing to assist you in finding things or answering questions about products. The self-service area for printing, photocopying, and printing photos is small, but there are plenty of machines available. A nice range of stock, in a wide variety of products, at reasonable prices. I am very happy with my visit here. They also offer extensive technology recycling services.
We were served by David and Kerry The manager as we had a problem with our laptop and they helped us quickly and promptly to sort the problem out. Highly recommend them and thank you very much.
Don't bother getting written things printed here unless you want your font to be Time New Roman by force. I used two very specific fonts for my item and lo and behold, got Time New Roman instead. Print documents as you are given, Officeworks.
My wife went in today and needed some guidance and had 2 small kids in tow. Asked lady at checkout for help with getting some items. In a rude manner she responded by saying there was no one on the floor for next 1 hour and refused to help herself. This has been my experience every time I've gone in there. Zero customer service. 1 star is too much.
