The Cheesecake Shop Loganholme

Birthday cake was not at all what we had discussed. When the manager phoned to talk through what had happened it ended badly. He kept passing all responsibility onto me when in fact the decorater I had initially spoke to had not communicated what we had planned together onto the order form. Paid $60 for a cake that really shattered what I had envisioned. Definitely not returning. Their offer of $10 off next cake was pathetic. Do not handle feedback well... you can expect to feel insulted and unheard. On a positive note very clean store. Well kept.

I would just like to compliment Fred on the cleanliness of his shop. After providing an Air Con service and moving to the back of the shop I was very impressed how clean and tidy he keeps things. Obviously a proud (and friendly) business owner. Oh! and the gluten free carrot cake was delicious. Congratulations Fred. Regards Chris

Great helpful accommodating staff. They helped put together the yummiest wedding cake for a fraction of the cost.

Clean, friendly & helpful staff with delicious cakes of all varieties. Thanks for making it so easy to bring a delicious dessert to a friends place for a dinner party =)
