Absolutely the best service! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and patient while we sorted out school clothes. Everything was well-organized, high quality, and they went above and beyond to make sure we got the right sizes. Such a great experience — highly recommend this shop for all your school uniforms and clothing.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I took my daughter’s lunch bag back as it had developed mould on the outside in an centralised area, obviously due to some sort of manufacturing fault. The lady behind the counter was lovely, sympathetic and super helpful. Then she had to consult her “manager” Jacinta. As the manager had never seen this problem before, she determined that there was nothing that she could do to help me. She made zero eye contact and exhibited zero empathy during the interaction. She didn’t even apologise or seem like she cared at all. I left there really upset and will definitely be escalating this further.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Easy to find our daughters school section and organised so well. Thank you for making the process fast and efficient.
It's like shopping in a barn. Extremely poor signage to distinguish the different schools areas. Staff is more interested in loitering around the cashregisters, even though there are no people to serve. What about assisting parents with uniforms?? WHY, WHY are schools opting for this dead end option for students & parents?? Our school closed the uniform shop last year, citing better prices, better service & convenience. I live 15 mins away from the school School Locker is 45 mins away from home, most parents live even further away. Quality is poorer, service non existent. Inferior musical equipment for a serious musician. Postage is a joke when you only need a pair of socks. Are schools doing this because they don't want their money tied up in stock? Hence the closures of all the schools shops. Would love to know the truth.
