Beaumont Tiles

I visited the Loganholme store a couple weeks ago and was very disappointed. There were 3 ladies working when we entered just after opening time. We had walked in and roamed the shop for 10 minutes without any greeting or offer of help. We approached the ladies at the desk and asked where to find particular tiles from the list our builders gave us. They said all over the shop. So I walk away and tried to find them. Then went back to confirm where some of the tiles selections are.. just point us the right direction. They kinda off laughed off the fact we would be there all day trying to find them. Not their fault but a little assist would have gone a long way. Instead my partner overheard them speaking about their weekends. I even had to wait for them to shop their chatting before I could ask for help (that they didn’t even give and were not thrilled about). Anyways they finally showed us a couple of selections.. which they found about 10 colours and featured tiles in about 2 minutes ... bizarre after they told us we would be there all day trying to find the colours.. hmmm.. anyways they didn’t have any updated colours and the ones they had were ugly. We left angry and disappointed. We then found out from others they have had similar experiences. That store will never get my business nor anyone I know.

Unfortunately most of the tiles I liked on display are discontinued. If you are hoping for service, someone to advise you or offer you inspiration then this is not the place for you. You will be promptly walked over to computers to work it out yourself. Good tile selection if you are a designer and know how to put things together however if you haven’t renovated a bathroom in a while you may want to look somewhere more helpful.

Received fantastic help on the long weekend from Lou Lou. Went above and beyond to help us work out what we wanted, best price and how to make it happen. Will definitely be back when we are ready to reno more rooms. Thanks.

Ended up walking out after staff member walked away mid sentence with no explanation. Waited 15 minutes before realising she had answered the phone. Before then she kept showing me white tiles and I told her three times I needed something with colour. Walked out in the end. If you can't listen to customers and just walk off without explaining yourself, you should find another job. Having a moon boot on does not excuse your rudeness
