Shout out to Aneesha for her impeccable customer service skills. I presented with a two year old to have her ears pierced along with her brother. Aneesha entertained the kids while I completed the paper work for consent and continued to engage and distract while piercing the ears making the whole process flawless. Our two year old never even she’d a tear. Thank you for your great customer service.
Very disappointed. Took my son in to get his ears pierced for his birthday. Website says no bookings, walk-ins. Arrive to only be told they have no bookings until 4.30pm 4hrs later than when we were there ridiculous who is going to wait 4hrs for a walkin!
I got a piercing a few weeks ago. Thought it was a great place, nice service and my piercing was fine. Then all of a sudden, the other day I see that my front of my earing is gone, yet the back is still there. To my surprise, my earing had gone through my ear and inside my lobe and was stuck. at the doctor, they informed me that this happens quite often, in pain he pulled the earing out of my ear. It is now infected and very painful. Not getting another piercing from here again. If the earring was a larger size, then then it wouldn't get stuck in our ears
Been here only two times both times I wanted to look at the jewlery sets and that was pretty much the only reason I was there and both times that area has been blocked off by people standing there waiting with trollys and staff with boxes so I couldn't even look at them next time I won't bother comming in I'm just going to go to the next closest lovisa
Got my daughter ears pierced for her 5th birthday. Staff were truly great. One staff member in particular made it a great exciting experience for her.
I brought 4 earrings $19 when l got home there was only three. Plus l couldnt ring them at the hyperdome couldnt get through on the mobile number that was given only if l go on line
