Well back again for more bad service, today is Monday, 7 July 2025. This has to be the worst Bunnings in existence.nUnfortunately, today “Lisa “was the “boss “.nI asked her about the pricing for the plants that were on the reduced price Trolley. The sign there said “prices as marked “. The plants are dead. A couple of them had a hint of life in them. She thought that $17 for a dead plant was reasonable. She said that the plants were watered daily. This was not possible as the plants were so dry that the leaves were crunchy and just falling off when touched. It’s a shame that this Bunnings is unable to keep good staff. Lisa can go home tonight knowing that she has saved Bunnings from going out of Business by making sure no one will get those dead plants.nStaff at the Vic point Bunnings are amazing.nEspecially, Ros red hair who worked in the garden area at Xmas time.nnLoganholme Bunnings needs some Customer Service training! Especially today’s “BOSS” Lisa…..nnCrap service today . Sunday 13/4/25 3:30pm. Manager refused to mark down price on a DEAD plant that should have been given away. I only wanted 1 of a bunch of dead ish plants that were just waiting to be thrown out… I wanted to see if it could be revived.
Bunnings Loganholme is my go-to shop, where I'm buying things for home on regular basis. On more than one ocassion, one particular sales assistant, stands out with his excellent skills, always ready to help and doesn't hesistate to go with you, to the particular aisle, to show you the product, I'm after... Even if it's away, from his area. I'm so grateful for his service, I decided to write a nice review for Ziggy, the man who deserves all of this, written above ! I also informed the manager on duty, and told her about Ziggy's excellent service ! Good on you mate, keep up the good work !nBobi.
It's a much smaller store than most other with limited parking. Check if they carry what you're looking for online first to avoid disappointment. I've always had great service from the staff.
On numerous occasions I have found the staff at Bunnings Loganholme very pleasant and extremely helpful. None more so thanna young assistant whose name is Imogen who has always been extremely helpful.. This week was the second time Imogen has gone out of her way to assist my husband in solving a problem. Last year after searching for three months Imogen was able to locate a part for a warranty claim . I know this was very stressful for her and because of her determination she was successful. My husband rates the service by Imogen very highly.
It's ok, I didn't find it as big as the other bunnings and staff seemed a bit grumpy to help. Maybe it's just one of those days, plus it was hot! But thanks for the service anyway. Will be back if I need too.
