If I could give zero stars, I would. I went into the store intending to purchase an air fryer. Both Amazon and Bing Lee had the same model listed for $146, but this store had it ticketed at $229. I asked for a price match, in line with the company’s advertised price guarantee policy.nnA salesperson of Asian appearance said he needed to check with the manager, Cameron. He later returned and said they don’t price match Amazon — which, while disappointing, I understood. However, when I pointed out that Bing Lee is a reputable Australian retailer offering the same product for $146, the manager still refused to honor the price match.nnI explained this seemed to contradict their own price guarantee policy. The salesperson responded dismissively, saying, “It’s your choice to be upset, but we don’t do price matches.”nnI then went to another store, where the manager quickly verified the Bing Lee listing and matched the price without issue. The level of service and ease of the process was a night-and-day difference.nnIt’s clear this particular store chooses to ignore the company's policy, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

Great service here. Had excellent knowledge of the products I wanted & after sales extended warranty. I've always had good experiences at The Good Guys, regardless of location & store, so that speaks volumes.
We purchased an AC unit with installation through The Good Guys’ partner via an online order. Initially, everything that could go wrong did go wrong—we accidentally chose a model that didn’t fit the installation space, and the initially allocated installers weren’t available for another month.nnWhen I called the store for assistance, I found the team members to be incredibly helpful and kind. I want to give a special thank you to Karen, she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to resolve the issues, proactively thinking ahead to find solutions. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to get the unit installed by Crowlz Electrical within a week.nnI’m so grateful to everyone at The Good Guys Loganholme for their support, especially during such hot weather. Their excellent service made all the difference!
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer ServicennI purchased a TV from Good Guys Loganholme, paying the full amount upfront. After waiting for two weeks, they informed me that the TV was not in stock and told me to come and collect a refund instead—despite initially promising delivery.nnWhen I expressed my frustration and raised my voice understandably so, given their failure to fulfill their promise, they rudely responded that they “don’t get paid enough to be yelled at” and hung up on me. The manager was even more unprofessional, showing no accountability for their mistake.nnThis experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they were rude and dismissive. I would not recommend shopping here.
