Emanuel is AMAZING. We went in completely lost unsure with how to buy a TV and which ones. It was black friday sales so already super hectic and Emanuel was super friendly, helped us out with lots of information and provided us lots of options. He spent lots of time with us and made sure we were comfortable with what to buy. Thank you so much would highly recommend him & would def recommend giving him a raise 10/10
I had a great experience at The Good Guys thanks to Kristina H. She was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand what I needed for my family. She walked me through the options, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated her patience and knowledge—she helped me find the perfect fridge. Highly recommend asking for Kristina if you need assistance!
First time in this store so I was not familiar with layout my x3 go to stores have counters at entry. Couldn't find counter its on right hand wall towards middle of store but found it easily once a staff member pointed it out.nnDesk counter staff had good customer service so kudos to them. Lined up for my click and collect with no issues.nnIt was the last day of Black Friday sales so I was looking to buy home appliance. Disappointingly no sales person came to assist we were in the corner so maybe missed. We were there a while debating between two items on sale - thankfully I had Choice Magazine subscription so had reviews of both so that made choice easy.nnSpecial shout out to Harrison tall young man light brown hair? for his excellent customer service, I was happy with the final sale price and this is the main reason for my 5 star google review. Great first time visit and keen to make this my preferred store if all future experiences are like this!
Complaint Regarding Fridge Delivery on 12/07/2025nOn 12/07/2025, according to my CCTV at approximately 17:23 hrs...nI’m extremely disappointed, annoyed, and genuinely let down by the awful delivery service you provided for our fridge delivery.nWe pulled out all our food before those two so-called delivery guys came. Disconnected plumbing, shut off water, and even moved the fridge into the middle of the dining area to make things easier for the team you sent.nYour store gives off a great first impression — nice displays, friendly and professional staff. Then you send these two guys for delivery, and it all falls apart.nWhy don’t you make sure the customer stays happy right to the end?nHonestly, if you want to see how things actually play out, go visit someone’s home with their permission, wait for your delivery crew to arrive, wear regular clothes, and pretend you're family. Don’t just write the usual “We understand and we’re sorry” email — do better.nThese guys had zero customer service skills, questionable truck-driving ability, and didn’t seem to care about anything around them. They rolled their trolley into my dining area — scratching my newly varnished hardwood floors only 5 months old! — showing no care for customer property.nThen they struggled to get the fridge out onto the porch — it looked more like a fail video than a professional job.nAnd after all that, they backed out, saying they couldn’t get it down the stairs because it was too heavy and dangerous. One of them asked me to help! I told him I had a shoulder injury and couldn’t do heavy lifting. He asked again like it was no big deal.nThe whole thing’s recorded — 4K CCTV with audio — so it’s all documented clearly.nHonestly, you should charge more for delivery if that’s what it takes to send people who actually know what they’re doing. Don't keep it cheap and sacrifice quality.nThen one of them stalled the truck in my driveway and they had to swap drivers. The other guy couldn’t drive it through the gate — they ended up parking sideways like amateurs.nWhen they got to the porch outside the dining room, they said it needed 4 people to move the fridge safely. I asked why it was scheduled to be delivered by just two. They told me to call The Good Guys office and request four people. Are you serious?nThey started leaving the fridge on the porch until I said no — it needed to go inside.nSo they brought it back in but left it sitting in the middle of the room. I asked for it to be placed in the fridge cavity, not just dumped there. They reluctantly did it, made a mess of it, didn’t plug in the power, didn’t reconnect the plumbing — just left it.nWhen they walked downstairs at 17:43, they’d switched off the power. From the balcony, I asked them to turn it back on. They said sure — but never came back.nNo apology, no acknowledgment. Just gone.nNow I’ve got scratched floors, food sitting out of the fridge, power off, and a mess to clean up. They left at 17:58. All on CCTV, including voice — even from inside the dining area.nI’m mentioning the CCTV footage because too many customers get told they’re exaggerating. This isn’t exaggerated — it’s recorded.nAnd the whole time, they were speaking in a foreign language — didn’t sound polite, and it felt off considering my partner and I were right there. I might try to translate it, but going off context, I doubt it was respectful.nThanks so much — really — for sending this team. From the bottom of my heart.nPhotos attached for reference.
We had our cooker range hood replaced by Cam an appliance guys tech. It was a fast professional service from start to finish. He called to let me know when he would arrive came prepared for the job. Don’t underestimate their service team it was very good process, extremely impressed. Cam was polite and dedicated to getting the job done and was out of our place so we can get on with our day with no fuss just what we needed. Well done appliance guys
