Nate was so incredibly helpful, there were no display chairs out for the chair we were wanting to try and he quickly assisted us and opened a new one for us to try! Such great customer service which is sometimes hard to find these days, I was so grateful to be served by him thank you!!
Loving the new layout at Loganholme BCF. Awesome new range of lures, reels, rods, heaps more 4x4 and caravan gear, and overall really nice shop. Great service from the staff in there, lots of knowledgeable fishos
Have visited the store many times however this weekend just gone by has pulled me to leave a review. Evie on the front counter is just a ray of sunshine. Amazing helpful customer service, had a brief chat and became relatable. A kind, fast, easy transaction that made my afternoon.
Extraordinary service. John had me stunned in the way he dealt with a Coleman gas camping cooker which needed servicing. He listened, showed interest and quickly revived at an excellent solution. Would highly recommend this company for after service.
Went shopping with my friend to get her “situation-ship” a birthday present. He loves boating, camping, and fishing so we knew BCF would be the spot. We both had no idea what the ideal present would be until JAKE, Jake was so helpful. His customer service was above and beyond by finding out what her situation-ship buys to find the perfect present. His attention to detail was unmatched. I highly recommend.
