I came in to do an exchange last Thursday night and the team member who was working was so lovely and helpful. She helped me find shorts that were a better fit, and in multiple colours, and some new tees that arrived in. She wasn't pushy or over the top, gave me space to look, checked on me in the change room and had my exchange ready to go with brand new items. I even purchased an extra pair thanks to her suggestions.
Store layout is neat and easy to find items. Staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating, and offered a pleasant boutiquey experience. A bit dusty on the checkout counter and on change room floors. However, change rooms are modern with flattering lighting and good privacy curtain.
Great customer service!! I went into the broadbeach store on Saturday looking for a maternity sports bra. I had the loveliest lady help me. She helped me understand the sizes, the fit, how it will stretch with me and knew what size I would be. Cut a long story short, we had to order in my size. She was so patient as i um'ed and Arg'ed about the colour. It was ordered on Saturday in store, so easy, and it arrived Tuesday. TUESDAY! Great work Lorna Jane.
Lorna Jane creates attractive, practical sportswear and gym clothing. I have 2 pairs of capri length black tights that have lasted for years and have been worn and washed many times. It's always good to have a look around this store. The Lorna Jane range updates all the time with lovely new colours and different styles. They have great stock and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Tried to shop here Saturday and experienced the worst service ever, it was literally non existent. These 2 women need a serious attitude adjustment, you are a disgrace to the Lorna label. Rockwear benefited highly from your inflated egos!
The size of pants i wanted was not in stock at the Byron Bay location, so i ordered an xs and i was told if it doesnt fit, I could return it. It was shipped to my house but unfortunately didn't fit. I brought it back to the pac fair shop because borders were closed to NSW during covid and was refused a exchange OR refund due to my removal of the tags. It was unworn. The manager said she couldn't do anything for me. The WORST refund and return policy and in store and will stick to lululemon from now on.
The Pacific Fair Lorna Jane girls are certainly the standout across the state. Visiting many of their stores around Queensland for my wife’s expensive activewear habit, this store clearly has the flagship team in their flagship store. Even when you walk past they girls are always smiling and happy and their cafe & coffee is great.
There was 2 other ladies in the store and both being attended to. Usually staff can at least say hello to other customers entering the store . When one staff member had become free she didn’t even bother attending to me and made me feel uncomfortable. The LJ sign at the front is also very blinding.
Over priced. Does not carter for larger sizes 14 and above nit matter what size or shape very one should feek welcome. staff not friendly.
The sales assistant who served me was uninterested and rude.
