Had to wait 2 hrs because of a hiccup with my repair but they were professional about it and gave me a free glass screen protector for my time. Left happy and I will be back.

I went in to buy a glass phone cover to replace my existing one. Nothing really wrong with my existing one after 12 months use accept the edges were a little chipped and a slight crack that was not noticeable while using it (only when the screen was black) After asking for a replacement glass screen cover, the young lady behind the counter offered a plastic one instead. Said it was better and stupidly i took her advise. I even joked and said "its just easier to put on isn't it" and she agreed. She raved about how great it was at protecting the screen so I change my mind based on her recommendation. A week later the screen cover is scratched and already looking ordinary. I had my glass one over a year and had no scratches, this one 7 days and its already showing signs of wear. I went in the following Saturday and spoke to the gentleman and explained the story. His rely? "Its doing it job" My review of this place? POOR ADVICE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
