I still shop here to get my DVD's. The customer service from the staff is always great and always super friendly. Also having the ability to sometimes order hard to get movies is always good. I prefer to support shops like these, the enjoyment of physically owning a DVD when buying one just gives a bit more satisfaction in my opinion.
The staff at Morayfield are so pleasant and helpful. It's like my second home hey always make me feel welcome and we have a laugh and also they are so helpful when I'm looking for older movies and very fast with orders. Can't speak highly enough of Sanity Morayfield and the amazing staff.
I bought a box set which was faulty which i returned and reordered about a month ago and was given a different arrival date for every week, staff saying will be In next week, will be In in 10 business days, will be In 2 week's from now after four weeks I called to find out where it was and was told it should have been in about 2 week's prior. I was then told it will be In in a week or I could have someone pick it up from north lakes one day before. The next day I was called to let me know it was in. All these issues and confusion led me to ask for a price reduction or voucher for compensation and was told it was already discounted so they couldn't do anything. I don't ever write reviews but I don't want anyone to have the same awful service as I recieved
The only place to be able to order any specific DVD as opposed to your targets and big W's. Can be competively priced but you must shop around.
I absolutely love sanity, it may not be the cheapest but you always know you'll get high quality products and great customer service.
Staff had no interest in looking for a CD that I was looking for, so I purchased it online instead.
The staff at morayfield have always gone above and beyond for me.
