Full credit to the employee at the Cafe bar .Understaffed and dealing with continuous customers at even and beyond closing prep time.A full day at work yet still helpfull and customer orientated up to the last minute.Should be the 'worker of the week' or month, and many. Please note, we , the customers do like our last minute coffee.Lets the wife do the further browsing and shopping.
We needed to replace a damaged door so went to Bunnings because we couldn't get one locally. They had a comprehensive range from which to choose. Advice from a helpful staff member enabled us to buy the best one to suit our needs.
The staff at this store are very helpful and always try to assist in findings answers to your enquiries. They also assist in taking my heavy items to the car and loading it up for you if unable to do so yourself. One thing I didn’t know and which their staff told me was that if you purchase plants from them and they die within a year of purchase so long as you have the receipt and haven’t neglected the plant you can return it for a refund. I was shocked and anyway I did that with a bonsai tree and they very obligingly did refund it.
It's Bunnings. I'll let their ads speak for them. I wish there was some consistency in their sausage sizzles though. I think the only good one all year has been the Caboolture Gem Cutters.
Bunnings can be a mixed bag but we've never experienced elsewhere the level of rudeness that we get here. One or two staff members are lovely but most refuse to help, are especially rude to my Mum for being too slow when she has a walking stick, and the manager is terrible. This Bunnings gets 2 stars instead of 1 for being convenient and having A COUPLE of truly lovely staff members but if you can make it to the Mitre 10 in Narangba you'll be far better off with friendly, personable service and reasonable prices. The Bunnings up the road at Pumicestone is better too. They really deserve a 1 star at Morayfield but the staff who are nice deserve to be acknowledged.
