The staff are friendly & there is plenty of stock for your projects. In the last fortnight I got some pool fencing for one project & some Temp Fence for a Cat Enclosure I erected in the last two Days.
This has to be the worse Bunnings store I have ever been to. It is totally dis-organised, stock boxes in every aisle, stopping customers from getting through. Staff are totally dis-connected and totally ignore customers. They are rude and not interested in doing their job. I have been to the store twice since December and both times I was disgusted. The first time right on Christmas a rude young women just pulled into the last disabled parking spot and walked in to store while her partner stayed in the car NO DISABLED STICKER.nWhy don't the staff now where products are?nWhy are they leaving stock, trolleys and ladders in the aisle.nI have recently moved from Ipswich in Brisbane and I call assure you that the staff are polite and professional not like here at Morayfield.nI have been involved with shaping Multi Millions dollar business and I know what works and what doesn't. I don't believe you have the RIGHT management.
Great range of goods, but a big drawback is although they open early, the self-service checkouts are all closed for the first hour or two, and often none of the ordinary checkouts are open either, so customers have to queue at the customer service desk, where two staff members are trying bravely to deal with enquiries, complaints, faulty goods, answer the phone, and in between, help customers who are waiting impatiently to pay for things they are trying to buy. Why ??? Bunnings please make sure all checkouts are open straight away !!!
So appalled at the service today at the Garden Centre . The staff member Frenchie was asked by for a particular product from another team member who works at the Caboolture store . We went to this store after going to Maroochydorenand Caloundra stores. The item according to FRENCHIE was available at Morayfield . We asked if we could have three of them available for us at the checkout … yes … no problem . When we arrived there were no items at the checkout for us and FRENCHIE was not to be found . even after being called by the PA system . My husband found him talking to another team member and asked him about the items for us. He blamed the other staff member at Caboolture for miscommunication… we heard the phone call and there was no problem from the Caboolture store . There were NONE OF THE ITEMS there at all.n.nWhat a complete and utter waste of time , money and fuel .nBunnings Morayfield you are a JOKE !!!!!!
Bunnings is excellent for DIY and home improvement. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to offer advice. Their selection of tools, plants, and hardware is second to none. Prices are competitive, and the store layout makes it easy to find everything you need.
