The old manager in plumbing has to be the rudest person I have ever met in that position. He belittled his staff right in front of myself and 2 others. I have never put a bad or good review up before, but this needed to be said. Mate get out of the game your use by date is up Regards Karl
Turned up 15minutes before closing, the male sales assistant today was rude and couldn’t be bothered serving us as it was close to closing time. Some people just don’t realise costumers pay their wages. The one star is for the look of the shop as service doesn’t rate a star.
The worst customer service!! I was the only customer in the room and the ladies at the desk couldn't be bothered to stop talking to each other and help so I just walked out and took my business elsewhere.
Great service and knowledge from the pool and irrigation dept. heaps of information regarding setting up my lawn irrigation.
