I went to Reece at Morayfield this afternoon. There was no one else in the shop other than myself and 2 store attendants. Disappointing, the female staff member looked at me before going out the back, never to return to offer help.nnI was going to spend over $1000 today, but clearly, being a single female in a plumbing store did not warrant their attention. I suspect if i was a male, i would have been offered assistance. Instead, all sales people remained out the back of the store, so i couldn't even ask for assistance. One even sat behind a glass window and did not come to the front. Oh well, I'll spend my $1000 elsewhere! Appalling and non-existant customer service.
The old manager in plumbing has to be the rudest person I have ever met in that position. He belittled his staff right in front of myself and 2 others. I have never put a bad or good review up before, but this needed to be said.nMate get out of the game your use by date is upnRegards Karl
Turned up 15minutes before closing, the male sales assistant today was rude and couldn’t be bothered serving us as it was close to closing time. Some people just don’t realise costumers pay their wages.nThe one star is for the look of the shop as service doesn’t rate a star.
A big thank you to Mark at Reece Plumbing in Morayfield for his outstanding customer service. Mark was very helpful and found the necessary parts I needed to fix my leaky kitchen mixer tap. He took the time to listen and had the necessary knowledge and skills to solve the problem. Thanks again :
Recently bought a posh glass corner shower. 900x900. Silly me thinking 900x900 was 900x900. But no. It was actually 893x893 7cm short either side. No happy luckily I could improvise.
