While staff in store are helpful we had NO SERVICE from Nick when our spa failed. Despite messages & personal visits to store with request for him to make a booking to attend he never called back despite us being customers for 7 years. Now found another spa specialist & not returning to Swimart due to NO SERVICE.
We’ve been customers at Caboolture Swimart for about 8 years now and they have always gone above and beyond for us, making sure our pool is properly cared for all year round. Super grateful, thanks guys!
My regular pool shop. Good variety of items to buy. Great staff very helpful. A+ Well worth a visit.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, helped me with my immediate issue and coming out to assess my pool equipment as soon as possible.
Purchased 2 spa filters and when I realised they were quadruple the price attempted to get a refund. Filters were unopened and store owner just said he wouldn’t do refunds.
Steve offers friendly, down to earth service, considers budget when recommending and gives easy to understand advice. Worth the wait. Jamie is always willing to lend a hand.

The owner came out to service my pool. He was very helpful showing me how to properly use my filter tips on keeping the pool clean and even tested my water then and there. Would recommend highly.
