Main staff member at the time wasn’t the best, he was friendly to older customers but rather rude to younger ones. I was there with my younger sister and her friend, the friend took one of the “bouncy eggs” and lightly bounced it on the floor. Anybody who’s ever bounced one of those before know they’ll sort of go anywhere, the friend at the time hadn’t seen them before and tried it out, it ended up tapping the glass door. Worker then proceeded to be rude about it and implied she fully threw it at the glass door and told us to leave if we can’t act mature, then proceeded to mention what happened to another customer. Not sure what sort of high horse he’s on but still rather rude, respect should go both way to customers and staff members. His name was Connor!
I was served by an elderly gentleman today 13/11. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will not go back there again. They need to hire staff that actually want to work and are happy to have a job.

Very good quality, big range toddler bikes, swings, huge Lego range and baby Lego, huge Shopkins range, baby doll range, huge build yourself boats, cars etc, remote control cars. Abit pricey, but no junk.
Huge range of toys, I found many good priced items. Great for gifts, any children's occasion and cheaper than other you places for the good stuff. Plus they have the things that need replacing. Highly recommended.
Huge store neat and tidy, large variety of rc products and all other toys, games and hobby items.
Excellent selection of toys bound to please young and old. Always our go to place for Christmas presents.

I went to this Toy to buy a present for my first Great Grandson, and a present for my beautiful littlest Granddaughter. I had Googled who had them in stock, and this was the closest one. Neither toy could be purchased. The staff are rude, insolent, the selection of toy's available, seemed like it was there to fit a predetermined demographic. Shame on this store & the staff.
Only local place to get model supplies, helpful and friendly staff.
