For some strange reason, they’ve been stocking crumbed products right on top of the chicken, and the chicken had crumbs all through it.nnI’m a coeliac, politely asked the worker if she had any chicken not under crumbs and I got a very rude reply to say no.nnJust because you don’t have allergies, doesn’t mean no one else does. I’ve been to many coles and this is the first once I’ve seen put the crumbed products here.
The few staff Lucy and Emma the ones that have helped me through self check out are simply rude. No taste and bad Customer service. I had seen the pair make belittling comments to another staff member while attempting to help them. They were cold and untalkative while serving. And no smiles?. Come on girls pick up your socks it's not hard work to serve some people.
Never coming back to this store again….i went in for steaks and a few little things and the eye fillets were clearly put with a sign saying 2 for $15 so I grabbed two and went to self serve …. The woman went to look after they scanned for 17 each then came back blaming me telling me to have a proper look and I was wrong and she’ll get someone at the meats to “clearly explain it so I understand” What level of disrespect from the woman when I was very polite and didn’t show and aggressive behaviour what so ever.nNEVER COMING BACK
We were serve by kyah , and seems like she know what she was doing , very patient and understanding , so thank you kaya for ur help .
Made an order for delivery in the morning. Called just as the shop was closing to say they couldn’t make the delivery because they were understaffed and couldn’t refund the money. Apparently they will be in touch “later” to discuss options.nOnly deal with this Cole’s branch if you enjoy having your money taken and then get zero communication on how to resolve the issue.
