Great Coles shopping experience. Well stocked tidy store with a good range of products. Never a long wait at the checkouts. Friendly service. Plenty of on-site parking.
Little lady with glasses in self serve has a major attitude problem and doesn't like being told how to do her job even though she is incapable of noticing when customers need assistance. I calmly told her to do her job and check for lights after waiting an excessive period for her to come and assist me. She told me to shut up so I started getting irate with her and left several hundred worth of groceries that one of your staff will now have to return. Off to one of your competitors now to get what I need.
Good it's big so has the full range of supplies. Lots of space in each isle plenty of trollies available.
Staff instructed to close 3 registers at same time and trolleys lined up. When questioned the managers were defensive and overly rude to elderly customer. Though when I complained I was given $10 worth of vouchers for my trouble. I only go there if absolutely have to now as this continues to happen. Good product range, produce can be expensive. Bags are repeatedly overpacked to the point of breaking. Under staffed and showing the strain.
Very nice and clean store. Many items similar to things in USA. Have to remember to bring a bag. Wide selection of snack foods. Some items very pricey...but acceptable.
