The worst experience. Returned a dress, I'm informed they don't refund. They don't advertise this. I'm given a store credit for which I'm supposed to use within their timeline. Given I've returned the garment and they have my money I think that a credit should be for at least 12 months. I go into the store finally find something that I'm willing to take, to be told my credit ran out 3 days ago. 3 DAYS!!!! Not willing to overlook that small gap in time. Theives
Bad customer service!! I walked into your Morayfield store today 15.06.16 looking for some dresses I need for a formal function coming up. I was looking at spending about $300 - $400. I walked around for 10mins while two of your staff members had a very interesting discussion regarding their personal lives. No one offered to help me, No one said hello, no one even made eye contact with me. So I went to Ally and spent $370 and received friendly and helpful customer service. Sorry Femme Connection you've lost my business and I will not return. Jade ~
I have bought three dresses from this shop, the quality and style are amazing and the prices are very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though the store was quite busy. This is now my favourite dress shop and I will certainly be returning for more purchases in the future
Pants I bought there shrunk 2 sizes after one wash. Told point blank there would be no refund. Used to buy most of my clothes there but will not set foot in the shop now. Angry every time I walk past.
We just went to this Shop to buy a dress with a friend.The sales person was an absolute cow and was so rude.I work in retail and would never treat any customer the way we were treated.Will never go back.I hope she gets this feedback.
They need to put there no cash refund policy up for people to see, I will never shop here again wasted money
