Staff are lovely, always up for a good chat about the goods, fairly knowledgeable too. regardless if you're considering buying or not.nnOnly 4 stars due to the location being crack-head central, plus they don't stock some online only goods, even then, can't blame the employees for it.

The staff here is amazing. Very helpful and professional.nMy mother in law has had several issues with her smart watch since purchasing it about 1 year ago, and every time we've taken it back, we've been greeted with friendly service. What an amazing team!
I recently visited In JB-hifi Morayfield and had a mixed experience. The headphones I had purchased were $100 more expensive than the same model at Harvey Norman, so I asked for a price match after the fact. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. The girl at checkout, with blue hair, seemed uninterested and had a pretty unwelcoming attitude. The man with the moustache was even more dismissive, telling us that a price match wouldn’t be possible.nnI understand that price matching can be tricky, but it’s important to remember that money isn’t coming out of the cashier’s pocket, and customers are simply trying to get the best deal. It would be nice if there was more understanding of how important every dollar is, especially when shopping on a budget. Fortunately, the manager stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure the price match went through smoothly. While the initial experience wasn’t great, the manager definitely made it right in the end.nnWhile the manager made things right, the overall experience left a sour taste. I’ve decided I’ll be purchasing another pair of the same headphones somewhere else today, given the way the rest of the staff handled the situation.
Asked for and got a sweet deal on sound bar and wall bracket. And a sweetener on top was unexpected but appreciated. Excellent knowledgeable staff assistance
