Went in to buy a new Google pixel 7, had some issues with the transaction going through. Ben and the team there handled it amazingly and even stayed back well after closing time to ensure I got my new phone and had everything sorted. Absolutely amazing team and great customer service, would recommend.

I was served today by the manager Josh who was very kind and accommodating. He handled a return for me and recommended I talk to one of the tech staff Luke who was very knowledgeable and understanding and helped me find the product best suited for me. Both of them are amazing staff members. Will definitely be returning to shop at JBHIFI Morayfield.

Our last visit was extremely impressive. The salesman's knowledge helped us making a great choice. I wish all the staff at this place were as good.

I've been coming here for years. Unfortunately they always have a queue to see a staff member. They really need way more sales staff. But, once you do see a staff member, they are quite knowledgeable about their area of expertise. Don't try getting a staff member to help outside their area. You're likely to get misinformation.

Never anyone around when you need advice. Talked into a phone that I really didn't want, $400 wasted. I know should have stuck with what I wanted. Maybe just having a bad day all round. Staff friendly enough once you can get one.

Went online to do a click and collect only to find out when I went to pick up that I had to go into the middle of the store and wait in a huge line amongst customers buying to pick up item. This is NOT what I had in mind when using a click and collect service. The store itself is jam packed with products where you cannot see around corners or above the shelves to locate your particular product in store. It was like a labyrinth that no one could navigate through, many people with trolleys or not were not able to see each other and the inevitable collision occured. Its not a safe store and not a store that gives you pleasure in shopping in.

Purchased the wrong item and wanted to exchange it for a better product along with a price match for the new item and it was no problem's for the staff to sort out for me even on Christmas eve! Thanks for the great service

Service was very poor. Staff walking around ignoring people one staff member I think was at the wrong work place . Should have been at the valley. Had more body parts hanging out of her clothes than she had in them .and I don't mean arms or legs, After waiting for over half a hour . I walked out. I don't know how you do any business there

Always feel looked after when I’m there. Got a Hisense fridge at a much better price than the hood guys and recently ordered some frame tv parts which I also got for an excellent deal!

Very helpful staff were on hand to help me get the new phone I needed, plus a few accessories. Staff are always friendly and there is a good range of products in store, from phones, computers, TV's and home entertainment deals, through to fridges, washers and other household appliances. Also plenty of parking and easy access through Morayfield Shopping Centre.
