I walked in here with my children and explained to the staff that my son was choosing a gift for someone special. There were helpful and polite and were really just lovely to deal with a great experience and my 8 year old son managed to find the perfect gift and they presented it beautifully in a box. Great products great customer service very happy.
Very misleading Rude Service Unprofessional Service I went to Pandora Sunday 11/12/2022 and picked out a necklace in the display counter with a price clearly marked on it and said I would have this please so the girl was getting it ready and she said the price was wrong on the item and it was $24 higher than Marked Price. I said I would only pay what the marked price was on the item but the girl said nothing and kept going and then when I went to pay it was the inflated price I said no I am only paying the Marked price Another girl standing next to her serving another customer said rudely it is a human mistake I told them I am not paying for your mistakes She said she did not make the mistake ok then I am not paying for the stores mistake The girl said she would have to get the Manager I said no Problems The Manager came out never spoke to me at all and started typing on the computer and then said all I can do is give you 15% of and I told her I was happy to pay the Displayed price and she just said that is the best we can do so I just paid for the item and left in Disgust They say when you get good service you tell 10 people when you get bad service you tell everyone Very misleading Rude Service Unprofessional Service
Don't believe everything they say I went today to buy a charm that was apparently on sale with the 50% off sale was told by one staff it was half price then when I got to the counter I was told it was full price if I wanted it as they are discontinuing this charm. Very annoying when I was told one thing first they should have honoured what they said first!
WONDERFUL STAFF . . I needed a charm for a xmas present and they sold out but strathpine store had some . to save me going to a different store in this xmas shopping kaos lol. one of the lovely ladies got her husband to pick it up and she brought it in the next morning. . I am so grateful. Thank you

Huge shout out to Grace at the Morayfield store! She went over and above when I was in there on the 23rd surrounded by people. She made me feel at ease and there was no pressure on me from her, regardless of the lines. Her service was amazing
Dissapointing, phoned the store no answer, message left re a specific charm which the North Lakes store advised was available at Morayfield. No reply from store, so attended to be told no the charm I was looking for was not available. I decided to go with a more expensive charm so I asked can they provided a small discount, their answer we no.
I love shopping here. The girls are always happy and helpful. I couldn't believe how quickly I was served. At Christmas. In and out in 15 minutes.
I have never experienced such fabulous customer service, Tracey from Pandora Morayfield went above and beyond my expectations. Tracey was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with, I can highly recommend this shop.
