Worst store in customer service experience I have ever had I have been trying to order a pool for 5 days went in there today as they said they were in stock they said they would not go and find the pool for me as he searched 40 minutes previously which was a lie then I ordered a Click and Collect order 5 minutes later before 12:00 p.m. to have it collected at 2:00 p.m. and now has just received a SMS and email message saying that they have cancelled my order given me no reason to why they cancelled my order and now I will not receive my money back for five business days and I needed that pool today
I use to love this store. Now getting stock on shelves is more important than customers. Crates and cages are left in aisles making it very hard to get around the store and staff come flying down aisles with pallets expecting customers to move on each ocassion.nnIt’s an ageing store with poor service. Do yourself a favour and spend a few minutes driving to a different store.
Pretty ordinary with acknowledging I am as even standing there. A simple I will be with you shortly instead 2 staff walked past me without saying a word. Communication is the key guys
Went into Kmart today the 10/2 to buy a pair of swimmers & was told they didn’t have any left why do you get rid of all your swimmers in February when in Qld it is still so hot this is absolutely stupid I have no idea who thinks this is a good idea but I’m sorry but I for one don’t agree with this idea
