It's not always easy to find what you're looking for in this shop and I've had to find a staff member to ask where certain things are nearly every time I've been in there. I feel this situation is mainly caused by the fact that the checkouts are in the middle of the store!nI have bought a lot of 'bargains' there and found that a lot of their products are 'good value for money'.

I had a really nice experience at Kmart Morayfield thanks to Jacob on the door. He was super friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in, and even helped me out looking after my stuff while I find a trolley which was really appreciated. It made the whole visit feel easy from the start. Genuine, positive attitude — such a lovely guy.

5/5 I was going to see if they had any Yaoi stuff becuse I absolutely love Yaoi I was in the book section and saw 2 boys making out it was so cute I would go back just to see them. Kmart please hire them

We'll NEVER go again. Disorganised chaos. It was soooo hard to find anything. There seemed no rhyme or reason to clothes placements, especially women's clothes. There were partly full moveable clothes racks left in seemingly the most disadvantageous places.  And then if you can finally find something you want to buy, you have to go through the customs like shuffle to get out!

It was easy to find what I was looking for after asking the lady at the door where it was located. Check out was busy but the line moved quickly.
