Review is specifically for the greeter on the door. Wonderful man who was checking purchases on exiting the store. Very friendly and happy chappy. Performing his job in a professional and cheery way.

OHHH what an experience i had. i was struggling to find some dolls in the toys section. but a staff member named liam i think it was, was very knowledgeable in this department and was able to help me out.

Walked in today to do some Christmas shopping. Walked out in disgust 20 minutes later. I could not get near toys, books or kids clothing as there were boxes and trolleys everywhere. And rubbish all over the aisles.  I went straight to Big W and it was a completely different, lovely experience.

I am not impressed with the service from morayfield kmart. I did a click and collect order on Saturday afternoon  hoping to pick up Sunday sometime, but I called them as have had no response. They said that they had no stock and were trying to get from another local store  , still have not heard from them as to what my order status is.nThis is very poor service

0 star reviewnnWorst experience I have ever had!!nnA woman who was working had such an issue with me browsing and then paying for my items.nnShe requested help to search all my bags.nAfter a second look from security i thought it was over but no she again took my receipt after security had already checked and started to the Kmart worker “I have check all her bags”nnI spent just under $400nIs this how you treat your customers?!nnI won’t be coming back.nnOverall experience has left me feeling attacked and uncomfortable
