Half stars because I rang and a lady in the toy department instantly said no we don’t have something and I said okay it’s instock tho and she said no or it’s on a truck so I came inside and went to the service desk to ask and Sharon I think it was helped me find the product on the shelf so thankyou for that I appreciate it very much
While I understand it's Christmas time and stock needs to be refolled, I don't think it's fair on customers that there are trolleys of stock everywhere. It's hard to shop when you can't go down isles with your own trolley. Not good service at all. We just left and spent out money else were
Disgusting staff member, treated us like a piece of shi# Monday 25th March 2024 approx 12:30-1:30pm.Had a trolley of items and went to cash registers was refused to be served and told to use self serve checkout, I explained I won't use them and will be happy to wait, again was met with I will be waiting a long time as no one will be coming to serve us at all. Pointed to young couple waiting to be served at counter and I said I will wait, again rude lady said no one is coming and you will be waiting a long time. So left trolley and walked out same as couple they left also. Kmart Morayfield perhaps have a large notice board at front entrance stating only self serve checkout is in operation and no customer service will be available, that way save alot of staff members having to deal with these issues constantly and save frustration from your customers.
The photo printingself self serve sucks. No help from staff, everybody just kept walking away. Had to get help from another customer.nSuper dusty fitting rooms.nLong queues.nI need a Christmas antler headband for work and they are super uneven.
There is no service clothes are all in wrong place, sizing is all mixed up , when paying only one staff member on ,you have to wait a long time to get help. They have cheap t -shirts they only last me 1 month and they are falling apart.
