What a joke of an employer to work for. My daughter was employed over the Xmas break as a Xmas casual, so we cancelled our family trip to Sydney as she was rostered on over the week 5 trips Our high school aged daughter was excited to represent Cotton on. Worked her first shift and loved it, only to find all her shifts were cancelled the day before she was meant to work. Post Xmas break, my daughter only worked x1 shift. Not on. Unbelievable, worse employer, unprofessional, favouritism in the work place. Don’t ever work for Cotton On
The staff members are always so kind! especially Grace, she was so helpful the last time i was there and i really appreciated her efforts. always have plenty of stock and usually heaps of sale and bargains too! love shopping here!

Great selection of men's wear, high quality
Helpful customer service when I returned some items today. The staff are usually friendly and good at acknowledging and greeting. This store is big but I find that the stock is always quite low or non existent in anything above a Medium. Anything I ever like, they never have in my size! So frustrating. Perhaps if I was a size 8, I would like it here.

Great Experience, customer service was outstanding I was looking for a t shirt which I couldn't find in my size. The store assistant looked around the back for me then helped to find the top at the front of the store.
Staff are Super helpful and efficient! Often visit them and leave with a bag or two cause of how affordable the clothes are! Love coming back to cotton on every single time! Would recommend bringing kids and extra cash or credit cards cause you’ll probably shop till you drop.
CUTE CLOTHES N COOL STAFF BUT TURN THE MUSIC DOWN ITS INSANE DEAR GOD I BEG YOU I LIKE THE CLOTHES HERE BUT HAVE TO MENTALLY PREPARE MYSELF BEFORE ENTERING THE STORE. HELP.
I don't tend to shop here, as I don't like to support fast fashion. But they had these really nice jeans that i haven't seen else where. And I really needed some jeans. So I went in, and ended up with two more items. The service was overall positive. If I can trust that their products comes from an ethical and environmentally responsible source, I would shop here more often. Update: So I went in again and bought a few more items. I noticed a weird chemical smell from the jeans, and it made me nauseous. Assuming it would wash out, I threw it in with the rest of the laundry. Not only did the smell not washed out, it made the rest of my clothes stink of it. I have washed all the clothes several times now, and the smell still make me sick. Total regret. This is why I will not buy from Cotton On again. Or any of their sister brands. Because it's not only bad for the environment, it's toxic for our health.
