My husband and I went to Anaconda store in Moryafield yesterday to make a purchase the young girl with long dark hair and tattoos was so rude to my husband snd myself .i then asked for a refund and we went to the Anaconda store in North Lakes snd the staff on the counter were amaxinv all friendly happy to help.Merry Christmas . North Lakes store we will be back again.nna
When things go wrong Anaconda step up. They don't just promote warranties and guarantees they stick by them and follow through in their actions. Yeah, bugger if a situation with a product but cannot fault Anaconda staff or management, they have done everything they can to resolve and care for customer. Thank you to staff there today.
