Every time we have been to Anaconda we can't find any staff to help us. And when we finally do, they act like we are the biggest pain in the ass because we can't find an item from the catalogue. Or a lot of items do not have a price on them. Very poor customer service.

Just walked out of this store buying zero Most fish Ross’s no prices, go ask how much and get a lengthy story as they had just come in yesterday no time to price them. Did I get offered help no. Looked at a clearance table found a rod holder monitor Brocken zipper about 5 ft guess what no price walked to counter again because there was no one around to ask, got a price 20.00 and the zipper was broken, really. This store might have seen us as two older women who lost a sale of a waeco fridge and two fishing rods because I could not be bothered putting up with staff that can’t be bothered.

Prices on specials as usual do not show when goods are scanned at checkout. It causes chaos and long queue. No customer service, only person around was on the checkout dealing with the queue.
