I had to return a tent that I purchased last September and used for the first time last week April 2026 due to a flawed in the tent fabric. Anaconda replaced the tent under warranty with no questions asked. Great service and excellent staff.

We went to Anaconda Morayfield to get a crab pot and fishing rods. It was our first time at the store and we had a great experience. Thank you Elijah for your clear explanations and for sharing your knowledge. Highly recommended!

While waiting in the checkout line, I watched a young female staff member deal with a rather confused older gentleman who had a hundred questions about gas bottles. She answered every obscure question he had professionally, respectfully and even with a smile. With that level of customer service, she gets 5 stars. Well done to the young lady

I went into Anoconda Morayfield to purchase snow products for my 12 year old grand daughter for her school camp. Terri from the Morayfield store took the time to help us with everything and anything we needed. Her customer service went above and beyond. I have worked in customer service and she would make a fantastic asset to any business. Thank you so much Terri you turned confusion into a positive experience for us all

Purchased a dune 75L fridge a year ago.  After 12 months the fridge failed. Note: this fridge is advertised to have a 5 year warranty hence why i payed slightly more rather than going for a cheaper model with 2 or 3 year warranty. As we all know warranty claims are never straight forward, i went through the process, sent many photos , detailed explanation as to whats gone wrong and all i received back was tech tips on how to check if my car was setup correct, ive had an auto electricians look at the car before i had even contacted anaconda everythings fine. I just want to be clear this is not a direct hit at morayfield anaconda i have had many great experiences there and the staff are great. I do believe anacondas warranty team need to be called out as they make things so hard hoping people like me just give and get on with there busy lifes, ive also had a previous warranty claim on a boat wash down pump that was faulty straight out the box that took over 8 months for them to get me my refund. Needless to say with kings new fridge range offering the 5 year warranty ive gone and got myself a kings fridge and couldnt be happier with it.
