I’m pretty disappointed with the service today. I was told by Officeworks North Lakes to drive to Officeworks Morayfield because they said the item I needed was in stock. After driving all the way through traffic from North Lakes to Morayfield, I arrived only to find out they didn’t actually have it.nnWhat made it more frustrating is that you can’t easily call the store through the phone app to confirm stock before making the trip. A lot of time wasted for something that could have been checked properly. I expected better service and communication.”

Worst customer service ever. Two male workers completely ignored while I was standing in line and proceeded to serve people BEHIND ME like I wasn’t there. Whilst making eye contact with me continued to ignore me and serve everyone else. I was dressed for a house inspection so it wasn’t my appearance so my only conclusion was it must of been my brown skin colour. Please train your workers better.

Photo printing machines are so old and take forever when it works. And only 3 - 4 photocopiers/ printers? Go to the library, 50 computers able to send prints to 2 fast machines. Don’t waste your time in line here.

Fix your aircon you stingy owners. Your staff have been sweating it out for months. It's uncomfortable just to visit let alone working in it all day.

I have to share a very disappointing experience I had at the Officeworks in Moorayfield. Unfortunately, this place had some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff were indifferent, the atmosphere was cramped, crowded, and frankly quite gloomy. No one seemed to care about helping customers, and everyone was just doing their own thing without paying attention.nnTo top it off, I was charged $25 just to copy and scan eight pages, which is outrageous. When I questioned it, they claimed it was $0.30  per copy and $0.50 per scan, which should have been about $6.40 total. Instead, they overcharged me heavily, and when I complained, they just brushed it off, saying the difference would be refunded eventually. It was a really frustrating experience, and I’d caution anyone to double-check their charges if they go there—or better yet, avoid it if you can.nnUpdate 10/01/2026nI wanted to update my previous review about Morayfield Officeworks. Originally, they charged me $25 upfront for copying and scanning eight pages and promised to refund the difference in a few days. After a long wait, they finally refunded me, but I noticed they still overcharged me by $1.63. Instead of the correct $6.40, they ended up taking $8.03 from me. So even after the refund, there was still a discrepancy.nnIn short, they did eventually return part of my money, but not the full correct amount. I just want to advise everyone to double-check their bank accounts to make sure they’re actually getting the right refund. Mistakes happen, so it’s good to stay alert.
