Great & well set out shop, had a great time browsing around the shop. Any Q's i had, the staff were only to eager & helpful with helping me. As for the car that we actually went in for. Well that was as easy as looking up our vehicle rego number, & there was all the details to make sure we get the right part for our car. That was so impressive to me, then up to pay for it. As I am with RACQ, I had my membership card & got a discount on what we bought.nAnyway , I enjoyed my browse around the shop then was well looked after by the friendly & helpful staff. After paying for my goods, upon leaving the service & good byes  we left feeling satisfied & with a smile on our face.nI gave Repco 5 stars, a store worth a visit. Great staff, good amount of stock on shelves & very pleasant experience.

I got helped by a kind staff whom I forgot who his name is when he saw me wandering and seemed confusing looking for what I wanted .nnEventhough I couldn't get the exact item wiper hose connector that I wanted, but I got a similar one here and it worked! I also bought their car mat and so far so good.

Repco’s Frontline FlopnnIf Repco were running a masterclass on how not to staff a sales counter, the mid-20s blonde at the counter on the 15/5/25 at 1pm would be the star attraction. I approached the counter expecting assistance, maybe a hint of enthusiasm, or—dare I dream—basic human decency. Instead, I was greeted with a personality so flat, it made the tyres I came in to replace look pumped.nnCustomer service? She’s allergic. Initiative? Foreign concept. Product knowledge? Might as well have asked a houseplant. It was like talking to someone who wandered in by mistake and decided to stay out of boredom. No effort to help, just a blank stare and a slow-motion shrug like it required a software update to process English.nnRepco, if this is the face of your service, then it’s time for a hard reboot. She wasn’t just unhelpful—she was an active obstacle between customers and what they came for. Hire people who actually want to be there—or at least who can fake it for five minutes.nnOne star, because zero isn't an option.nnCheers to Mike, who was actually helpful in the end.

Great range and service. Shane and Mike spent quite a bit of time on the weekend making sure I had the right info and advice for my DIY head unit install. Great service and staff that actually have knowledge of their products unlike some other local 'Super' options.

Thanks to Mike for changing my HID light bulb in my car. It was a fiddly job but he got it done with no complaints! Great service! Thanks
