the warranty service experience was a huge letdown And Unfortunately, the manager I dealt with, Tim, made the situation even worse.nThe way he managed warranties, or costumer service is disappointing. He neglected to do anything for help, just stand there and say no to everything. Very unhelpful.nThis unprofessional conduct created an unnecessary stressful environment and left me feeling like my concerns weren't valued.

Asked for an alternator for my rx8, they gave me the wrong alternator and then when I go to return they say it’s for my car and are certain that it is. It’s not it was some Mitsubishi 90amp ford alternator or something. Waste of time and money feel like I got scammed and I could only return if it was faulty? Yet that’s not what I’m saying I’m trying to say that I’ve been sold the wrong alternator and it works fine because it’s brand new. BUT, if it works they can’t take it back? Very confusing.nnNot only that, before I went down I called them a week prior checking if it has warrenty, they said yes 3 years. Then I ask can I return it without the box if it’s still brand new. Then it was only if I had receipt and part number sticker still on. The person on the phone then went through to see if there was an electronic receipt when I had bought it. There was so everything seemed okay. I go there and they act all confused why I have returned it a year later. They have 3 year warranty why wouldn’t I? So anyways I installed it on my car to realise it still doesn’t start and turns out my engine is blown and then when getting my engine done I was up for another $700 because my alternator couldn’t charge the battery. Because it’s the wrong one. I show them my receipts of having to buy ANOTHER alternator and that they can call where I got my car done but they refuse. They all seemed very confused when all it was is they gave me the wrong alternator.nnCouldn’t get money back, swap for the right alternator or even store credit.
Personal favourite there's also a classic car meet up on the second Saturday of every month where you're able to walk around and enjoy the pinnacles of car history.
Great service and respectful staff. Also very cheap parts
